Today Labour are asking five questions. These are about the quality of healthcare in New Zealand, when the Cartels Bill will become law, supermarket behaviour, the cost of the Rebstock inquiry and the whether the Minister of Internal Affairs leaked information in a previous role. The Greens are asking about Health sector fraud and energy prices. New Zealand First are asking about the quality of care in rest homes.

The Electronic Transactions (Contract Formation) Amendment Bill is being guided through the house by , a National Party List MP. The bill seeks to establish that, for the purpose of contract formation, an offer would be deemed to be accepted by an electronic communication at the time of receipt of the acceptance by the offeror.

The Electronic Data Safety Bill is being introduced to the house by Clare Curran, the Labour MP for Dunedin South. This bill established a Commission of Inquiry into privacy breaches within government agencies.

The Healthy Homes Guarantee Bill is being introduced into the house by the Phil Twyford, the Labour MP for Te Atatu. This bill has the purpose of ensuring that every rental home in New Zealand meets minimum standards of heating and insulation.
