The difference is that ultra-Orthodox issues are local to Israel, not a global threat as militant Islam is.

Also, modesty patrols are hardly on the same level as mass terrorism and beheadings.

You’d attempt at some kind of equivalency between ultra-Orthodox Jews and militant Islamic terrorists does not fit the facts.

I don’t regard them as uniquely evil Kea & as soon as I hear of Jews or Christians arranging to behead random citizens in the street I’ll be on their case too…..ditto for any out of control Jehovahs Witnesses who commit suicide bombings against defenceless civilians.

I would love to see him do so. The media should want it to, as otherwise it sets precedent for one “journalist” obtaining another “journalist”‘s private correspondence by receiving stolen goods, not fact checking it, and then publishing it in a book interpreted through personal bias.

But the problem is Slater is somewhat deluded about the worth of some of his revelations. Unfortunately. Time will have to tell whether this is another case of that.

Are there any kids seriously hungry because of poverty, or do their parents just have other priorities. I would be skinny as a rake before I sent my kid to school without breakfast and yet the parents tend to be huuuuge. If I didn’t have an emergency fund I would not overeat myself and save the food money until I had one, because I feel that to ever leave yourself in a position where your kids might not have food is neglect. Apart from those who are sick, all many of them need to do is cut out the booze, sky fags, gambling, debt from loan sharks and over-eating themselves and they’ll be able to feed their kids. The debate should be over shoes and clothes – I’d be prepared to fund that if they couldn’t afford it, but not being able to feed your kids in my opinion is a joke – I think they can afford to feed their kids, it’s just not a priority for them.

The fact is 100’s of Thousands are killed horrifically by the USA and you see no footage of the victims. But you see plenty when Muslims do it. You are being played.

Again, I am not minimising the wrongs. I am simply observing that the way you are fed facts is designed to make you think a certain way. If you want to see how diseased your mind can become, just look at the special pleading and lies people will tell to defend Jews.

Modesty patrols, throwing bleach over women, burning shops, spitting on clergy and attacking churches, all are okay when Jews do it. But the exact same actions done by a Muslim condemn all Muslims everywhere.

Loud and abrasive… she treated Robert Reid with overt hostility and tried to rubbish everything he said despite the pertinent points he was making. She shouted over the top of him and when in response, he brought up her disgraceful critique of Labour half way through the campaign, she did a Pagani and claimed victim status.

A terrible performance so what is she doing there? Together with Josie P, these two are light weights who, more often than not, have no idea what they’re talking about.

Garbage…..I would have no hesitation in condemning such actions…..indeed you have referenced the same in the past, usually actually citing Israelii newspapers. If something is reported in the Jerusalem Press then it is hardly suppressed knowledge.

I would also point out that it is the lack of press freedom in most of the Middle East Muslim shitholes that prevents knowledge of Islamic casualties from entering the public arena. Even the super tolerant Westerners become suspicious when (for instance) reporters stationed in Palestine are threatened & coerced by Hamas.

Back in those days you owned land only if you had title to it or you could enforce some other means of ownership. You couldn’t just stand there and say “this is my land and no one shall take it from me”.

Most Native North Americans were wiped out by disease. The disease arrived before the white man did, as it spread from South Americans who were infected by the Spanish.

They were decimated by the time the Europeans arrived and it got worse when they did arrive. Comparatively few were killed deliberately.

I think the critical thing D4J is a diversity of ideas and who gives a fuck if they’re communicated politely. Just so long as they are communicated.

Because adults can make up their own minds.

It’s moronic to hallucinate (a) anyone has a monopoly on what is in fact indeed the actual case and (b) if you weren’t polite in communicating (a) that’s grounds for censure.

Which is why I hope DPF doesn’t significantly alter his long-standing policy.

Anyone who would make a good leader is unlikely to join Labour in the first place. Assuming they did find someone, then they still have a problem with their policies.

Who in their right mind would vote for a party that wants to make 50% of the voters guilty of rape, by accusation alone ? They have way bigger problems than their leadership. The party is rotten to its core. They can thank the Klarken Beast for that.

It could be worse. The ruling party could be Labour or the Greens.

Imagine if Labour felt it had a mandate to implement it’s world class policies. This is our capital gains tax policy, it’s four years old, we don’t quite know all the details if you ask us, and likely couldn’t explain them well if we did, but we’ll fill in the holes after the election. Vote positive!
