Heading back home

Stuff reports:

A Brazilian has ordered the of convicted murderer and paedophile Phillip John Smith within 10 days.

Brazilian freelance journalist Alexandre Tortoriello said the court noted had offered a escort and to pay for Smith's deportation, NZ reported.

Maybe the cost could be charged to Smith out of the $10,000 he has.

Tony Ellis, has represented Smith in New Zealand, has been trying to arrange a Brazilian lawyer to visit him in jail in Rio de Janeiro. But they all want payment upfront.

Smart lawyers.

Tortoriello said Smith had the opportunity to find a Brazilian lawyer and appeal, but this had to be done before he was deported, which could happen at any moment.

I suspect sooner rather than later.
