Dotcom loses in Supreme Court

The NZ Herald reports:

The raids on mogul Kim Dotcom's mansion were legal, the Supreme Court has ruled.

The court has upheld a Court of Appeal decision that while the search warrants could have been more precisely written they were legal.

Of interest is once again the is in a minority of one – she voted in favour of the warrants being invalid, but the other four Supreme Court Justices disagreed.
