their concerns for example, and what is being done to address that ?

Why is it that you lefties always focus soley on measuring the issue (Jacindas entire focus) rather than
the practical steps that are now being taken ? (practical steps other than handing out more free money,
which is the only answer the left have.)

To be fair Stephie, there is a difference between the Left wing, academic ideology of multiculturalism, and the simple fact of living in a multi-ethnic society. It’s perfectly possible to be fine with the latter but opposed to the former.

Feck Dat.

Two Irishmen walk into a pet shop in Dingle, they walk over to the bird section and Gerry says to Paddy, ‘Dat’s dem.’

The owner comes over and asks if he can help them.

‘Yeah, we’ll take four of dem dere little budgies in dat cage up dere,’ says Gerry..

The owner puts the budgies in a cardboard box.
Paddy and Gerry pay for the birds, leave the shop and get into Gerry’s truck to drive to the top of the Connor Pass..

At the Connor Pass, Gerry looks down at the 1000 foot drop and says, ‘Dis looks like a grand place..’

He takes two birds out of the box, puts one on each shoulder and jumps off the cliff.

Paddy watches as the budgies fly off and Gerry falls all the way to the bottom, killing himself stone dead.

Looking down at the remains of his best pal, Paddy shakes his head and says, ‘Feck dat.
Dis budgie jumping is too feck’n dangerous for me!’

THERE’S MORE. …

Moment’s later; Seamus arrives up at Connor Pass.

He’s been to the pet shop too and walks up to the edge of the cliff carrying another cardboard box in one hand and a shotgun in the other..

‘Hi, Paddy, watch dis,’ Seamus says.

He takes a parrot from the box and lets him fly free.

He then throws himself over the edge of the cliff with the gun.

Paddy watches as half way down, Seamus takes the gun and shoots the parrot.

Seamus continues to plummet down and down until he hits the bottom and breaks every bone in his body.

Paddy shakes his head and says, ‘And I’m never trying dat parrotshooting either!’

IT IS NOT OVER YET….

Paddy is just getting over the shock of losing two friends when Sean appears.

He’s also been to the pet shop and is carrying a cardboard box out of which he pulls a chicken.

Sean then takes the chicken by its legs and hurls himself off the cliff and disappears down and down until he hits a rock and breaks his spine.

Once more Paddy shakes his head. ‘Feck dat, lads. First dere was Gerry with his budgie jumping, den Seamus parrotshooting…. And now Sean and his feck’n hengliding!’

Not at all. For a start, the horrific treatment of Native Americans, including the theft of our land, is fact, not Marxist cant. Your ignorant fantasies about that are just hysteria driven prejudice and mindless, fundamentalist style ideology.

More importantly though, it’s not a comment on the European race. If I say Hitler and Stalin were evil men, and their ideologies evil, that is not a statement about Europeans in general.

If I say the Holocaust was one of the worst evils ever committed, that is not a comment about all Europeans.

Stating the facts about the mistreatment of Native Americans is neither racism against Europeans nor Marxism, and any moron with more than one braincell to work with would know that.

Most had their land stolen, and were forced into reservations with conditions little different to a concentration camp in which tens of thousands died from starvation and disease. Now, in your white supremacist fantasy world, that might be “fair and humane” but it’s really not in the real world, and all the examples I cited are attested historical facts.

We did not invade England and wipe out millions through disease, concentration camps, and mass deportations.

And that is just the tip of the iceberg. By any reasonable standards, that was not just harsh, it was evil and deliberate mass murder.

As for “barbaric practices” we did not hang, draw and quarter people, as the English were fond of, nor did we force march thousands of women and children to their deaths, as the English did to us.

In many respects, were were culturally superior to the settlers.

My people had vastly more genuine individual liberty before the English came along, trashed our property rights, and forced thousands to march all the way to Oklahoma to live in concentration camps.

Has anyone heard of the following organisation a certain person Hooton (definitely not Matthew Hooton the PR-lobbyist-political pundit) has told an Auckland court he has been attending: Sex and Love Addicts Anonymous?

I bet some interesting introductions and friendships are forged at meeting of these randy people. This is presumably a 12-step programme on the pattern of Alcoholics Anonymous. What does it offer? Celibacy? A sense of morality? A conscience? Or just a harmless meeting addiction to replace the sex-related addiction?

How long before violent rapists’ lawyers are offering judges attendance at Sex and Love Addicts Anonymous as a reason for a light, or even, no punishment?

Has the Western world replaced all sense of conscience and choice of actions with the notion that those who offend against others are in need of help? A bit like the Soviets’ views that dissidents needed a bit of help in a psychiatric hospital?

While it was certainly not in any way “terrorism”, you will recall that in the months leading up to the Rugby World Cup certain individuals such as Titewhai Harawira were quoted as calling the Rugby World Cup a “grand opportunity” to air their grievances and make a political statement, with Titewhai Harawira saying she was determined to expose the treatment of Maori to foreign media.

I was glad nothing transpired and embarrassed us on the world stage, but I wondered why. Was it because Titewhai Harawira lost her nerve (unlikely) or was it because she was being watched (in the loosest sense of the word) and knew it?

And I am sure you will be well aware that while we are mercifully relatively untouched by acts of true terrorism, we have nonetheless had some acts perpetrated here.
