Transmission Gully work starting

The Herald reports:

Site enabling works on New Zealand's biggest new infrastructure project begin month.

David Low, Gateway Partnership chief executive, said initial works on the 27km $850 million Transmission Gully motorway job north of Wellington begin after Day in New Zealand's first public private partnership for a state highway project.

Great. The further along it is, the harder it is for any future Government to pull the pin on it.
