But, if you’ll allow me to ask a question, what’s your solution to the Middle East situation?

As I understand it, the battle lines are generally based on sectarian differences, and those sectarian differences are increasingly being transferred to Western countries. See this article (the source is unimportant – I’ve randomly selected it from a list of Google search results):

It’s a big subject Nosty and hard therefore to cover off in a blog post let alone a dissertation.

I can tell you in a heartbeat, but you won’t buy it because the conclusion relies on years of research and understanding of thousands of geopolitical incidents. But it’s not rocket science and this is not my opinion, it’s a no-brainer conclusion shared by millions if not billions of people who know these things – the only people who don’t understand this are most of the Western population: Expose Israeli interference in all the ME regimes and eliminate that interference through sunlight.

And this is my own personal view: At the same time protect Israel from the utter outrage that will follow from said exposure.

That’s the solution.

But you can’t understand Israel’s place in global geopolitics unless you also understand religion, because at the heart of the Israeli controllers’ motivation to meddle not only in ME affairs but also in Western affairs too (look at their influence in US politics for example, look what they did when we exposed their agents here, etc etc etc), is their desire and requirement ultimately to destroy Israel.

At which point I suspect I’ve lost you because most people can’t handle that a spiritual battle in which Israel is at the centre, is happening at the very same time as the world is turning. Which is a shame, because that understanding is critical.

Joshua Ryne Goldberg, a 20-year old living at his parents’ house in US state of Florida, is accused of posing online as “Australi Witness,” an IS supporter who publicly called for a series of attacks against individuals and events in western countries.

Let’s assume that you’re correct – the solution is to “[e]xpose Israeli interference in all the ME regimes and eliminate that interference through sunlight”. Other Kiwiblog readers will strongly disagree with you, I suspect, but let’s move on.

How, then, will that solution resolve what seem to be intractable differences between Sunni and Shia Muslims – and that’s before we introduce the Kurds as a third factor in this complex Middle East problem?

By the way, I don’t pretend to have any answers, but I’m interested in your opinions as you’ve obviously spent a lot of time thinking about these sorts of issues.

Extension keeps Prime Minister ponytail case alive

Private prosecutor Graham McCready has been granted a retrospective extension to file papers in relation to his case against Prime Minister John Key over ‘ponytail-gate’.

The Hamilton-based litigant, who runs New Zealand Private Prosecution Service, has taken Mr Key to the Human Rights Tribunal over the incident earlier this year when a waitress spoke out about the Prime Minister repeatedly tugging on her hair when he visited the Parnell cafe where she worked.

Mr Key’s lawyers attempted to get the case struck out, and Mr McCready had until August 31 to file his submissions for why the case should remain before the tribunal.

However, due to medical reasons Mr McCready was not able to submit his papers until September 4.

I’ll be very interested to see how McCready tries to argue that this is a “human rights” issue that should properly be heard by the Human Rights Tribunal – particularly when he wasn’t a directed affected party, and also particularly when Ms Bailey (the directy affected party) doesn’t want to be involved in McCready’s case.

Nosty Israel did 911 and its plan was always to split Iraq into 3: Sunni, Shi’ite and Kurd, in which the Kurds have all the oil.

They used the US to do their dirty work with the US blood and treasure and while from 2003 on the US was spending said blood and treasure, poor widdle Iswael was busy becoming great friends with the Kurds. The reason they were doing this is because the Kurdish homeland is over Iraq’s major oilfields.

Sadly, once the US sheeple recognise the fact Israel did 911, all they’ll want to do is wipe poor widdle Iswael from the face of the earth.

Hence my comment that its essential to protect Israel once these revelations come out.

I’m saying that was what their plan was for Iraq for a long time, and 911 was an operation which pushed forward the plan, but 911 also had wider effects than just that, such as this whole war on terror bollocks.

My take on this is that “sleuthing” to discover which religion is “good” and which is “bad” and maybe both are or maybe one is and one isn’t etc etc etc is a waste of time.

All religions are captured by evil groups of people at different times in history to do their bidding. Judging the religion on that basis is therefore incorrect, since it misses the judgement on those groups who are influencing it.

In addition, right and wrong is judged on mores of the time.

I for example have tremendous admiration for Iran, simply because it is the most God-fearing nation on the planet today. And I don’t particularly pay attention to the fact its ruled currently by an Islamic caliphate. That to me, does not automatically mean its doing the wrong thing. If you look at how it behaves in world politics, it’s not doing the wrong thing. Poor widdle Iswael and the idiot Western media says it is, but who listens to them, if you have a 3-digit IQ?

Iran hasn’t invaded anyone in 300 years, yet we’re told we HAVE to believe it can’t wait to nuke poor widdle Iswael. For example.

Why?

Why would it do that?

Why?

Western people hallucinate that the mad mullahs can’t wait to get a button to push.

But it’s 170 million highly educated people here, not a single idiot.

I read any media article with a degree of cynicism. I think I’ve mentioned this to you before, but one question I often ask myself is why the particular subject-matter has become news.

If, for example, it’s some scandal about Nandos because they told a customer to leave when they brought in food from a different takeaway outlet, then I ask myself why the customer bothered to contact the NZ Herald, and why the NZ Herald editor considered it to be newsworthy. And we know the customer contacted the NZ Herald because the article refers to the mother, who apparently “did not want to be named”, but quoted from her extensively.

It’s a trivial example, I know, but you’ll see the point is magnified when applied to larger geopolitical events.

Edit: amazing to see that UglyTruth, Kimbo and SPC are still going at it about religion on the 5 September general debate thread – yes the thread from a whole week ago – currently sitting on 384 comments and counting!

When I got home I googled ‘Muslim’ and ‘dogs’. Well, wouldn’t you know it. The Koran teaches that dogs are, like pigs, ‘unclean’ animals and to be avoided. And even more startling, many Muslims believe that black dogs are Satan incarnate. Yes, folks, my dog’s black.

“Container full of weapons in Greece” quick googling reveals it was actually a weapons shipment from Turkey to Libya intercepted off the coast of Crete a week ago. So not being infiltrated into Europe as claimed.
