Which sort of court are you talking about wb?

I’m interested to know because the last time I served on a jury the judge was at pains to point out that nothing should be inferred from the defendant’s decision not to give evidence.

That Supreme Court has delivered its ruling by the power vested in it by the United States Constitution.

There has not been any constitutional law made regarding same-sex marriage. Also, the Tenth Amendment gives states the right to supersede the federal government in most matters including the definition of marriage.

John Carroll, the editor of Fierce Biotech, a daily newsletter about the industry, was one of the first to ask Turing chief executive Martin Shkreli directly to explain the move.

In a hot-headed Twitter exchange over the weekend, Shkreli declined to provide additional information and instead launched into a series of personal attacks against Carroll – calling him “irrelevant” and someone who doesn’t “think logically.”

The PM is in on this scandal and anyone who understands the ramifications of this secret deal needs to tackle their MP or councillor and ask them what the hell is going on and if they support this racist move.

Yesterday’s post complained that MSM reporting doesn’t mention the consumer’s great win from internet disintermediation in accomodation and taxi markets. This morning’s DomPost seemed to prove my point with a sorry beat up from the Taxi Federation of the Uber passenger safety risk.

The risk is real but we consumers properly dismiss it. Like my risk of being knocked off my bike, or a heart attack from what I eat, there are many consequences a free society leaves us to choose individually according to our feeling whether the benefits outweigh the risks. The Federation does not want to accept the lessons of TradeMe, Uber, AirBnB and so on, that reputation feedback mechanisms are beating regulatory precautionary prohibitions in both efficiency and effectiveness.

Then I found on Stuff Jessy Edwards’ engaging survey of the issues. She has explored the consumer benefit, psychic as well as financial, and the delight of drivers freed to work for themselves under the Uber contracting model.

Feminists and Homosexuals

Feminists and Homosexuals are the least respected and dangerous of the various groups within the Cultural Marxist camp. Ostensibly they have an important role in breaking down the family, sexualizing children and feminizing men. In reality they are a clownish bunch and the would be reactionary can insult them more or less at will. Their shields and weapons consist of ”Homophobe” and ”Misogynist” but they are a pale shadow of the more powerful word weapons of other groups. Women and Homos also lose to all other groups within the progressive camp, for example, in a Gays vs Islam spat Gays will lose. In the end Feminists and Gays are, like all whites, targeted for deletion by the ruling elites and playing along in a white men vs white women war is doing precisely what the elites want.

Islam

The most loathed of the entire Cultural Marxist camp, most reactionaries today are reactionaries because of Muslims and their truly detested religion. Islam is so savage, so alien and so aggressive that all but the most deluded of Liberals have given up trying to defend it and so in terms of being ”edgy” Islam has slipped down the rankings and is widely criticized. The exact role that Islam plays within the Liberal camp is up for debate, some argue Muslims have been dumped in Europe to garner support for Israel and Jews, others think Liberals thought they could ”tame” Islam or Liberalize it. It is possible that Islam could destroy the Cultural Marxist camp, or cripple it with internal paradoxes.

Third World Immigrants

Non white immigrants are the means by which Cultural Marxists and the ruling elites are directly replacing white people in their homelands. This is a big step for the would-be reactionary because he has to become a race realist and leave behind the cultural and anti Islam arguments. If you are going to argue that your people are being replaced then you must be able to prove they exist and are a group separate from Africans and Asians. This obviously means breaking free of the word ”Racist”. This far into the game the emerging Nationalist will understand that the word ”Racist” is nothing but a set of chains that binds his people. He will see the world through a lens of race and not egalitarian fluff.

The Jewish Question

The ultimate taboo, the Jews designed and pushed the Cultural Marxist agenda, from here on in the reactionary finally gets the answers to all the questions. At this level he will have to withstand being slurred with Nazi and Anti Semite. The pervading morality is revealed as a Jewish creation to cripple whites, the true enemy and most powerful group becomes clear. Shocking, because your average white has been told all his life that Jews are a helpless victim group. In actual fact they hold all the economic, political and cultural choke points in their hands. If you are raging against the modern world you are, whether you realize it or not, raging against organized Jewry.You’re angry at feminists, they invented it, you’re worried about Third World immigrants, they brought them here, you rage against the ”Hate Speech” laws, they silenced you. Even the all powerful ”racist” word weapon was a Jewish invention to demonizes white ethnic solidarity and racial awareness.

Does anybody here know why Matthew Hooton has gone dog on John Key?

I listen to him talk on nine to noon with Mike Smith, while Hooton tries his best to give the impression that his dislike of Key is because of policy the level of vitriol goes way beyond what one would expect for a disagreement about policy.

With Hooton it does seem to be something personal, does anybody have an idea what might be behind it?

How is this for a waste of taxpayers money, being phoned by a company wanting to know how I rated service from our Police Force. Is it not bad enough that every company does it, I have moaned about ACC but at least I was a client but the Police? Hope not by anyone associated…….lol

The above from a ruling by Nevin Dawson that the extradition proceedings against DC will continue on Thursday. In the text of the Judgement he says that the various applications for dismissal of the charges to be heard before the extradition will be heard during the hearing, in context. The status of the parties and validity of charges is usually heard in advance of a hearing so this ruling is very interesting. The hearing could become very long, whatever the case is it remains in the public interest that due process must be seen to have been followed in this prosecution from the outset, that the charges alleged are offences under NZ Law, and that DC and his co-defendants are not stripped of the right to a complete defence. The interrogatories stating that the Crown should not be proceeding with the prosecution because of their conduct in bringing the charges, their practical inability to conduct 2 roles, that of prosecutor and at the same time investigator and maker of decisions that ultimately could show favour for their role as prosecutor make this case very important. A Judge can and will recuse themselves from a case for various reasons in order to observe the neutrality of the Law. The Crown don’t do that, a reasonable argument to correct that is to dismiss charges when the Crown wander from role to role in a pattern that promotes their own position over that of a citizen or resident – just the same as happened with John Banks.

Meanwhile in Auckland.

If extradited and found guilty in the US, the four men face charges that carry decades of jail time.

They include conspiracy to commit racketeering, conspiracy to commit money laundering, wire fraud and two kinds of criminal copyright infringement based on an FBI investigation going back to 2010.

Judge Dawson doesn’t have to decide whether the four are guilty or not, only if they could be surrendered to the US to face charges there. The justice minister then makes a decision on the matter.
