Venezuela will get worse

As bad as Venezuela is now, it looks like it will get worse.

The latest IMF projections are:

• Economy will shrink 26.1% over six years
• Inflation will hit 3500%
• Unemployment will exceed 26%

That level of economic shrinkage is unprecedented – only the Great Depression was worse.
