The $8 billion payout

Wow times are not great for some farmers, but if you are a dairy farmer, you have to be pretty happy.  The average payout to the 11,600 farms will be $689,000.

Sounds like a lot of it will be used to retire debt, rather than a splurge up.

The biggest winner of course will be Dr Cullen who will gain an extra billion or so in tax revenue.
