The UK shooting

I have been somewhat stunned by the news reports yesterday that the Brazilian shot dead by the UK Police was not running, did not have a backpack or a heavy jacket. The official report is yet to come out but at this stage it appears that tragically he did nothing wrong but live near someone under surveillance.

On the original reports I felt the Police made a wrong but understandable decision. On the latest reports I think the term execution is not too far off the mark. This really is a tragedy.
