Chief Justice Rehnquist has died

After 33 years on the US Supreme Court, including 19 years as Chief Justice, William Rehnquist has died rom cancer.

Will be fascinating to see who is nominated to replace him. I doubt it will be Scalia (pity) as then one would need a third confirmation hearing for his replacment also.
