Leader resigns over taxi expenses

The leader of the Scottish Tories (both of them 🙂 has resigned over his taxi expenses.

He spent 11,500 pounds over five years. My God that is nothing – he should get some advice from our High Commissioner to the UK who managed $30,000 in a single year!
