Wikipedia vs The Register

Most of the time I love reading The Register. It is irreverent and a good source of news on Internet issues.

But they seem to have a hatred of Wikipedia which defies my comprehension. Yes Wikipedia is not a prefect source of information, but it provides an amazing resource to tens of millions of people.

Anyway Boing Boing’s Cory Doctorow does an excellent post highlighting how much more transparent and accountable Wikipedia has been, compared to The Register itself. A good read.
