VWRC expands

Great to see the Australian based Centre of Independent Studies has established a policy unit to concentrate on NZ issues. I am a huge fan of the work the CIS does and they play a valuable role in public policy debates.

Also congratulations to Phil Rennie who has been appointed their policy researcher. Phil is the only person to have ever been a co-blogger on this blog, albeit very briefly!
