Smoking lawsuit fails

I am glad the smoking lawsuit fails for several reasons.

The first is that people should be responsible for their own decisions. I get sick of the “wow is me, the advertising forced me to do it”.

The second thing is the last thing NZ needs is a step towards a US style class lawsuit system where you sue because you trip over ice skating or something.
