Another Rickards allegation

Yet another allegation against Clint Rickards has been made it seems. This one from the 1990s not 1980s. Can’t say I am terribly impressed that it has been leaked to the media. If it stands up they should prosecute. But to have the inquiry head give a running commentary on these witnesses have said this, another said that and we are wanting to talk to someone else seems pretty inappropriate.
