Analysis of Bazley Report Complaints

Peter Metcalf has done an analysis of then ten cases highlighted in the Bazley report, assessing each on a scale of 1 to 5 on:

* Likelihood of original offending
* Impact of alleged offending
* Original police handling
* Followup police handling

I haven’t read the cases myself, so can’t agree or disagree with Peter. I just thought it was an interesting analysis.
