Another great UN move

Guess which country has just been elected Chair of the United Nations Commission on Sustainable Development?

It is the country which has had negative GDP growth since 2000, inflation at 1600% and much of the population are starving?

This is the same body that has elected Iran as a vice chairman of the U.N. Disarmament Commission and Libya as chair of the United Nations Human Rights Commission.
