The Hager play

Not surprisingly Don Brash is unamused that an arm of Government has given $38,000 for the production of a play based on e-mails illegally obtained from him.

But I have an idea, based on that play. I would be seriously interested in working with those with a professional background in drama to create a play, and seek Creative NZ funding for it, based on Labour’s breaches of the electoral act, and specifically how they ignored the advice of and eventually lied to the Chief Electoral Officer.

I believe that one could do a very high quality drama around what happened. The play would be in five parts, with the focus on meetings of Labour’s campaign committee after each letter from the Chief Electoral Officer, and also the police investigation afterwards.

Key characters would be:

H1
H2
President Mike Williams
General Secretary Mike Smith
The Chief Electoral Officer
The Acting Deputy Police Commissioner

So if you have experience in this area, and would like to seek Creative NZ funding for this production, please e-mail me.
