NZ Herald on effects of EFB on broadcasters and Internet

The NZ Herald has an article quoting myself, Graeme Edgeler and Paul Norris on the effects of the current version of the EFB on radio broadcasters, You Tube etc.

One of the issues is whether playing Chris Knox’s Labour song would breach the Electoral Finance Bill.  My view is that a radio station could play it, but they couldn’t put it on their website on podcast it. Graeme thinks they might not be able to even play it live on the radio.
