Fuck me, Greens in associate finance role, next thing you know there will be squads of young men and women with leather jackets and pickup trucks. Going door to door, collecting ‘donations’ on behalf of the ‘Commitie for Social Welfare’. Judgeing the amount of your ‘donation’ on the quality of your furniture and asking you to show them your hands so they can see if you have blisters on your hands from working or if you are leeching intelectual.

Then it is either deportation to Stewart isalnd for corrective re-education on a local ge-free windpowered farm or a quick .45 to the back of the head out the back of the bike sheds.

PM rejects ACT’s ‘race based’ rhetoric

The Prime Minister is completely rejecting ACT party rhetoric that Maori have race-based privileges.

John Key says his Government has put race relations on a good footing and most New Zealanders support that.

Is this this weeks funny joke??
Really Maori don’t have privilege based on race?

John Key says his Government has put race relations on a good footing and most New Zealanders support that.

This is just his own positioning statement V2. The problem is, he believes it and that’s also what all the polls say about that issue but what he doesn’t realise is what a knife edge it is and if you take it to the boundary of tolerance as he is already almost has, not there yet, but almost there, then you have a volatile cocktail that’s just waiting for one bad incident say another Hone outburst of mofo proportions or say a really bad crime that happens to have been committed by a Maori and you get an instant sea-change.

A wise PM would not take it a whole lot further than he already has, in order to retain some boundary space but some wisdom I’m afraid comes only from long experience and Key is the most politically inexperienced PM we have ever had.

Green Party co-leader Russel Norman yesterday said the New Zealand economy could suffer if it did not improve its ETS and increase the price of carbon.

“If we continue with a weak carbon price, we’ll fall behind Australia economically as their businesses become more carbon efficient under the new scheme,” he said.

What a fucking mental.

What a fucking fuckity fuck fuckhead.

Der.

Since when has “Carbon-efficiency” been a pathway to make heaps more cash? What it is Wussell, is cost-avoidance: i.e. they spend money on something they have to in order not to spend even more money if they didn’t spend the first bit of money.

Newsflash, Wussell. Adding another form of company expenditure DOES NOT increase that company’s wealth ergo my silly friend, the health of the economy. To the contrary the health of the economy in fact declines, by either the lessor margin or the greater one, depending on how very foolish said companies, businesses whatever has to pay the damn thing. Thanks to the ETS we don’t Wussell as a nation, get wealthier, we get poorer. Apparently, we’re supposed to get less poorer than the Aussies are, and apparently according to Key this is a really good thing.

As I’ve said in the past, I support the ETS for the same reason I support NZ’s membership in the UN, it’s necessary for international relations and advancement. I think the science is complete bollocks and I wish and hope that during the RWC we will as a nation take advantage of the festival to rise up and tear down the wretched ediface that is the complete and utter mentalness that is the ETS and the world will see us and join us and it’ll be like when we gave women the vote, another moment like that. And then everyone will wonder what all the fuss is about and the only ones sulking will be the Gweens cause now everyone not just suspects but now knows, they’re mental and the AGW scientists who’ve now all lost their jobs on the grounds of gross and utter incompetence.

So barring that and I’m prepared to accept it may not happen, we may as well have an ETS, since until some country actually does that, like say if Greece actually withdrew from the Euro and returned to the Drachma, until someone does a Greece in the AGW area, the whole world including all the big players, are sucked into an inexorable vortex of complete insanity, regardless of how sane we are individually. Isn’t it mental. What’s really mental is the mental’s who don’t know how mental is actually is and apparently, there are a lot and Wussell’s one of the Big Moose’s.

Hope you guys are following the Murdoch story, it’s fascinating.

See with BSkyB, News International could destroy the BBC, that was the plan.

And within a week, it’s turned to shit, and nothing’s going to work.

This is a piece that is probably too strong to say it’s the public mood, but it’s true what he says about how the dynasty has changed forever and the favoured political access is now lost, forever. Unless they do it very secretly indeed and what politician is going to take that risk.
