In other words, fully functioning, fully aware, fully alive people, ignore the worst and only look at the best.

What if we all focused on what works, and ignored all the rest?

I know that’s easy and I know that’s hard. I also know, I don’t do it, very often, here. (Or elsewhere.)

But that’s my own personal new platform, for awhile. To focus only on what works. As easy and hard as that may be.

by the way i loved the “needle dick” epiphet; heartiest chuckle i’ve had on this site, (and there have been a few) mainly because of the reaction i knew it would have amongst you right wing/racist needle-dicks; (you know who you are)

If they are are guilty of breaking laws then maybe you’re right, but for the most part it’s not clear that laws have been broken.
Mostly these people were just responding to the perverse inventives created by politicians and the absence of market discipline. After all, why worry about the solvency of opposite parties when politicians will make good any losses using taxpayers’ money? It’s a one-way bet.

Mostly wat, I agree. I was really talking about the decision makers. The ones who never are arrested, arraigned, tried, convicted, sentenced, imprisoned, gollied and whatever else happens after that. Seriously. The ones in the board rooms of the largest most respected financial institutions in the country. The CEO’s, Presidents, Senior VPs, all of those ranks, wearing prison pyjamas, is what I’m talking about. The City Elite. The NY Elite. All of them. Where without fear nor favour it is proven they acted fraudulently, tried, sentenced, imprisoned, regardless of which school they attended.

That’s whom I refer to. I know it won’t happen but as more and more time goes by, more and more scandals come to light, and fewer and fewer people involved are held to account, I just can’t help thinking to myself maybe, just maybe, something’s not going the same way its gone before and why pray tell, is that, I think to myself?

Who is a LARPER here?
