Over the next few years – should National win yet another General Election – we’ll need a political party that is tough on law and order.

Why?

We’ve got a very bumpy ride coming up because after an intensive breeding programme from low quality stock over thirty years – it will take a while to breed the resentment, entitlement and general uselessness out of society.

Invest in security alarms and electric gates. Get an effing big Alsatian, learn self defence, and get out of small farming if your stock are anywhere near a sealed road in the provinces.

My reasoning for the scare-mongering – State houses all round the country are being sold off – read this as the final call for dysfunctional ferals who will now have nowhere to live. The State That Never Says No is backing out of the equation, and some folk are gonna go postal. Exhibit A: the Ashburton WINZ shooter.

12,000 breaches of court orders are not necessarily bad news – many are symptomatic of (mostly) women deciding to put their ill-advised choices at arm’s length. They will choose more wisely next time.
Conversely, many men will also realize they chose poorly and may not repeat the exercise.

As well as this, we learn of an incredible 8,700 extra burglaries this year – depressing stats I know but again, I believe symptomatic of the Door Of Plenty being shut.

So let’s have a tough law & order party so we can at least temper the worst effects of intermediary violence and general mayhem while the ne’er-do-wells get their heads around ‘working’ and ‘behaving in a civil manner’ because you can guarantee National won’t do it.

Lets hope you are wrong and that we do start to toughen up on law and order to prevent this. At least in SA you could arm your self to deal with the worst of the crims, here we are expected to smile and be nice while we are getting shot at.

Wonder is there a connection. After a week in our courts ,or to give it its title, our Criminal Justice system,where two rapists and an assault on our electoral system, by at least three imports,all being found guilty ,yet being allowed to stay in NZ. Wonder had Winston Peters ,had enough when he read the results ,of our bleeding heart judges ,in the courts and their decisions. Winston said,NZ had become “a last ditch option for low- end immigrants,who cant get into UK,Canada,Or Australia”. Peters went on to say, the type of person coming to NZ,must be people NZ needs, not people who need NZ. Hope our out of control Criminal Justice System and its judges, realise that, when they give out whimp like sentences to rapists,and an attack on our electoral law standards. by corrupt imports.

I think that guy in Rotorua who just had to close his business down after multiple burglaries says it all.

Even finding a thief’s details in a wallet left in a truck couldn’t force the Police to act.

Wellington schools football cancelled again.

We need more artificial turf pitches – they’re fantastic vfm.

You get about 6 hours per week on a grass pitch, if you are lucky. But you get 12 hours plus a day on artificial turf.

Whenever I go past the turf at St Pat’s Town, the pitch is in use, regardless of whether it’s early morning or late evening.

Besides, you can’t learn good football skills on a wet, bumpy grass pitch.

if the issue was genuinely keeping all these “refugees” safe, safe I could live with putting them up for a few years and then sending them home when their war is finished. But that isn’t what it’s about.

Why on earth should seeking refuge from a temporary conflict be assumed to provide permanent residence and citizenship? This has nothing to do with providing refuge. It is permanent immigration in disguise but only into European countries backed up by an army of the likes of Cohen & Soros and Bankers who keep the money spigots spewing forth with “quantative easing” and “lowering interest rate” so that government can borrow from future prosperity to make this insanity seem affordable.

Cannot quite understand Sue Kedgley. She is talking about free wi-fi at railway stations and bus stops. I am not too sure that the ratepayers in the region should be paying for this.

Anyway my gripe is a while back she came out swinging against smart electricity meters on privacy grounds and also because of the radiation from the tiny radio transmitters inside them to send readings back to ‘mothership’. The joke here is – if the very intermittent radio transmissions from smart meters are allegedly harmful to health then, then the continuous transmissions from wi-fi hotspots would surely be even more harmful to health.

By the way the last ‘disc’ meter (the technology is 127 or so years old) will be phased out within the next few years.

The cops seemed to have decided they now determine the law in this country and are turning away from enforcing the lowest level crimes. Have they learnt nothing from Gulliani in New York and “broken windows”

There is the guy in Rotorua and in Auckland in the last couple of weeks several incidents of people skipping restaurants and although their is evidence the Police now claim these are civil issues

For what it is worth I agree with Scott Chris on this one to the extent that politicians at each end of the spectrum and in between use Laura Norder to harvest votes…and then carry on. Courtesy of our constitutional arrangements, the MoJ cannot intervene directly into policing procedures and our judiciary is independent. Labour’s Stuart Nash has said there is a need for more police and Minister Collins has agreed, plus also told the police she expects burglaries to remain a priority.

So what more would that old moonshine expert Winston Peters do, especially as he would be a minor coalition partner (rhetorical question).

Good. After the horrendous death of the boys at the camp Crump was running, it’s time NZ saw Crump for the arsehole that he was.

Crump’s son, Radio Labour’s night-watch announcer, is quoted in the Hooerald as saying:

“I was at the camp where those five boys drowned. There was negligence, absolutely. But Barry never set the camp up, he was the face of it. It was set up by business people and there was negligence on many parts.

“It affected him deeply and greatly, I know that because I spoke to him about it.”

How does Crump junior think the deaths affected the parents and siblings of the five boys? Crump was more than the “face”. He was in charge and let a young inexperienced lad drive the kids around a treacherous, lake-side road at night. Crump senior was responsible for the tragedy that night.

There is one restaurant owner who would in retrospect rather that the cops did not turn up. A couple of schoolgirls ordered a meal and very expensive wine with no intention of paying (one was going to borrow dad’s credit card but chickened out). Cops arrived and to the horror of the owner were more concerned about the wine. Place lost its liquor licence for a week or two.

Just as Z is doing something proactive about drive-off’s, perhaps restaurant owners should be more proactive with making sure they are not defrauded.

That’s a particularly ignorant comment Scott Chris. No I’m not an immigrant, and my father and my grandfather were born in NZ, and some of my antecedents were here well before that – not that that’s relevant to the Crump camp tragedy.

Barry Crump was an absolute scumbag. He should have gone to prison for the death of those boys.

Tip re the Police. If you come home and find your house burgled call the Police and say you think the offender might still be on the premises.

When they turn up en mass you can say I thought someone was here. And by the way whilst you are here you can check of dabs.

He treated women like shit by all accounts, and though his own father was a reported monster of a person, this was no excuse for boorish behaviour. He represented the kiwi male of old, where ‘going bush’, rather than face problems, wasn’t that unusual. Delingpole writes an article on the electoral fraud that is now rife in Britain as a result of multiculturalism.

Delingpole has done some amazing work at exposing the bullshit of the climate change fraud and for me he was the gateway to further learning into seeing the way the world really works. Some of his books, in particular “how to be right”, “365 ways to drive a liberal crazy” were particularly good as opening my eye.

Still, there are things that Delingpole won’t say, probably out of fear of the wrath of the chattering class. In this article for instance, he blames the rampant fraud on “mulitculuralism” which of course is a cop-out as it’s not studious Germans or Koreans or Danes etc. that are rotting Great Britain. Fortunately, anonymous commentators below the line aren’t hidebound by keeping up appearances and they often have the most truthful insights:

Electoral fraud is no doubt a serious issue, but it is only one of the very many harmful effects that the forced diversity to which we’re being subjected is having on our civilisation. I would suggest that industrial scale gang-raping of children is a bigger issue. It is also somewhat inaccurate to say that multiculturalism is a disaster, because the real calamity is mass immigration. It would be absurd to suggest that mass immigration of the type and scale to which we’ve been subjected for almost 70 years could ever have been positive for us. Our society is not on the verge of collapse because we’ve been unsuccessful at integrating immigrants, it is on the verge of total collapse because vast swarms of low quality immigrants were allowed to come here at all.

Hear, hear – It’s not “multiculuralism” that is the problem as many cuckservatives like to tell us, like Rome, it’s low IQ 3rd world primitives being here in the 1st place that is destroying civilisation. Compare Hamilton/South Auckland to Hamilton/South Auckland 1960’s as an example of this self-evident truth.

Sure we’ll probably never fall to Southern Zimbabwe levels, and things here are still way better than most of the western world, but still people are far too complacent.

It is human nature to ignore issues until they just can’t be ignored any more. We’d probably put up with about 5x the current levels of burglary and violent crime before we started to defend ourselves.

What will be interesting is watching how fast Western Europe can turn itself around and become defensive again. As some have commentated, Europeans are very nice… until they’re not.

Sure you can make pepper spray illegal, but if 20% of people start carrying it what are you going to do? Can’t lock them all up!

Penny your strategy is clearly not working. Not paying your rates does not bother the council, as they can simply take your house.

What you need to do is make a firm pledge, to the people, that you will not use any services provided by council rate money. No footpaths, rubbish collection, parks etc.

That should teach the council a lesson and show you really mean what you say.

” 36. Arrest of persons found committing certain crimes
Every one is justified in arresting without warrant—
(a any person whom he or she finds committing any offence against this Act for which the maximum punishment is not less than 3 years’ imprisonment:
(b) any person whom he or she finds by night committing any offence against this Act.
”

So if it was a very expensive meal (~$1000+) or it was at night (defined as 9pm to 6am), then you’re Ok to do a citizen’s arrest. Otherwise not.

Kimbo – Colorado seems to have been trending Dem for a while. So some of it is just the continuation of an existing trend. Denver in particular is quite the hipster town now.

Two additional factors – it has a relatively high proportion of college educated voters. This is a terrible demographic for Trump – his strength is white voters with a high school or lower education. For the same reason Virginia is bad – too many well educated voters.

Plus, Chris Christie, his likely A-G appointee, wants to take away Colorado’s legal weed. While a number of states have legalised weed, it’s still a federal felony. At the moment, the Feds just don’t enforce their laws in the states which have decriminalised marijuana, but that could change under a Republican A-G.

A couple of schoolgirls ordered a meal and very expensive wine with no intention of paying (one was going to borrow dad’s credit card but chickened out). Just as Z is doing something proactive about drive-off’s, perhaps restaurant owners should be more proactive with making sure they are not defrauded.

Reminds me of a very recent conversation with a motel owner.
Have had issues with “P” cooking or smoking in the rooms. Call the police. Well what happens is the motel gets shut down, losses income for days all to no avail. Get the place cleaned at a cost.

What happens now is that they don’t bother they just do the cleaning and carry on.
Who can blame them?

Probably happens a lot more than you think. Usual stays are one or two nights so not like its a longterm cook up.

Until someone with some real qualifications actually presents a scientifically proven paper on the problem and what levels are actually acceptable then like leaky homes this will continue to an emotional rip off. Here we have people running around trying to sell the idea the 0.5 is where it should be. In the USA and other countries where the use of “p” has been around for 40 yearsor more the level is determined in law as 1.5.
