Arms Amendment Bill reported back

The Finance and Expenditure Committee has reported back the Arms Amendment Bill.

Some of the significant changes are:

• An exemption for wild animal or pest control
• An exemption for airsoft and paintball guns
• An exemption for firearms collectors

It is expected to have its second reading, committee stage and third reading this week.
