I’ve heard from someone in law enforcement that with all of the priorities given to lockdown and police resource, The Govt has effectively given the gangs the green light. Activity has risen dramatically in the gang comunnity because of lockdown and resources diverted. And the boys are running wild. Great time to be a gang member.

If you check the 2017 Influenza epidemic plan on P.62 you will see a traffic light system is to be used when the Government needs to manage the outbreak

Code Yellow, Code Red. and Code Green when all clear.

The whole idea with the L1..4 system was to have 4 simple levels with very clearly defined reasons for entering the levels.

For example: L4 was for when there were massive numbers of CV19 cases in hospitals and it could not cope – therefore needing to shut down all the other functions of hospitals to cope with all the CV19 cases (eg. the sort of scenarios we were shown from NYC or Italy). We have obviously never got anywhere close to that.

That did not last long. We were immediately thrown into L4 even when there were zero cases in hospital.

Then, of course, 4 levels were not quite enough, giving rise to L2.5 etc.

Now will the simple traffic light scheme really be different? What’s going to happen when they decide they need something halfway between red and yellow? Are we going to get orange?

If they’d chosen red, green and blue then we could have pulse wideth modulation and make up any colours we needed.

PS: Is I hope they remember all the colour blind people (far more of them than deaf people). Will they also have a second colour translator standing next to the sign language translator to translate colours?

  COVID is more of a government work programme than an actual emergency.
  
  Just think of all the people that got their snouts deeper into the public trough making adjustments to the system and designing pretty new graphics, all at $150 an hour.
  
  That’s how you buy votes. Busy, busy work.

Why is no one asking why this govt hasn’t purchased the Merk pill which claims to reduce hospitalization by 75%/ Australia Has.
Why is Jacinda pushing 90% vaccination as the ONLY way out when there is no evidence anywhere to show that has worked
WHy isnt healthy lifestyle being promoted? Losin weight, fitness 10 mins a day in the sun to increase Vitamin D, Vit C Magnesium etc
