Poor diddums

The Press reports:

The Christchurch terrorist made 686 complaints over a five-year period,

I guess it is the only hobby he has left now.

But I am disappointed in Corrections. He has only complained once three days on average. I think their KPI should be at least once every two days.

Note I am not saying that Corrections should in any way act unprofessionally. I just think they should continue to refuse to pander to his requests for more newspapers and magazines with articles about himself etc.
