The same George Galloway who fawned and grovelled his thanks to Saddam Hussein and was implicated in receiving Oil for Food bribes via his so-called charity.

He is an odious apologist for radical Islam. Rabbis don’t say that all Muslims should be killed and even the most right wing evangelical ministers do not call for the killing of gays.

Islam is the fastest growing religion in Europe at the moment, The demographics of Europe and there projections are scray. Does Galloway really think that such an increase in muslims in his country ( Where Sharia law has been developed) will help bring about a liberal society?

    Oh dear!

    (1)
Before Galloway insinuated the filmed story was pandering to anti-islam feeling, he might have at least tried to acknowledge the worth of the content before diverting into “But what about the [Christians/Jews]?” etc. It is as if Galloway doubts the veracity of any of the on-camera statements but he is unwilling to say so in as many words.

    (2)
Sad to see an ageing grey-headed professional journo get so utterly tied up in knots trying to draw obviously fallacious comparisons between the contents of the old testament and the current on-camera statements of the other guy’s radical Muslim interviewees.

    (3)
And now we’re trumpeting this as some sort of triumph for – what exactly? Is this proof that you can’t trust those foreign-looking people, all Muslims are terrorists and any whiteys who speak up for them are traitors? No doubt someone will be along soon to tell us that all western liberals hate their own culture.

    (4)
Far from the action as we are, let us not forget that there is a big anti-Muslim groundswell in the UK, largely based on the idea that all Muslims are terrorists and personal friends of Osama bin Laden, and every week there’s another “SCOOP – Muslims want to kill us all!” story that panders to their viewing pleasure.

Ratbiter (1.10 post) : what the hell are you doing pandering to Islamic fundamentalists? I thought there was modicum of reason in your postings from time to time.

And that Scotch git Galloway is no liberal. He’s just another one of the far lefties who, with the near death of their beloved Marxism, have cottoned on to 8th century-today Islamic fundamentalism.

If you were in Iran, Ratbiter, and posting on an Iranian blog, the religious police would have come for you long ago.

    @Biomag83

George Galloway isn’t actually a ‘typical’ bleeding heart liberal. He was drummed out of the British Labour Party.

I spent two years living in Whitechapel, where Galloway is the constituency MP for the far left Respect party. The demographics of the area are overwhelmingly muslim – it is where the Bangladeshi community is based. If you’ve ever eaten a curry on the famous Brick Lane, you were sitting on Galloway’s turf. This is a particular London setting, and revels nothing about the wider situation in Britain (or, as you put it, the fate of civilisation).

Some of Galloway’s supporters argue that he is representing a constituency – that of very dogmatic British muslims, who would agree with his output. However, rather than damning the man, this argument damns an entire community.

Galloway’s true problem is that he is a fucking useless local MP. Instead of attending to his community’s needs, he appears on Celebrity Big Brother, drops in on his buddy Fidel, and mugs around the media (who are only to keen to film his every utterance). I hope that the residents of Stepney see sense and vote him out in the next election. Then they will get someone who they deserve, and Galloway will lose a platform from which to spout his idiocy).

Yep Rattie, and Hitler led the National SOCIALIST Party. Not surprising how the Nazis quickly switched support to the Red Stasi in the new East Germany.

Sonic (2.17 and 3.25pm posts) follows his usual debating tactics of extending another poster’s argument then chopping off the extension. Feeble, shallow, and very transparent.

No-one above argued, as Sonic implies they did, that because some Muslims were Nazi all Nazis were Muslims. A tad arrogant don’t you think, Sonic, to suggest that other Kiwiblog posters are ignorant about such syllogisms.

Then Sonic suggests the majority of fascists were and are Christians. Where is your evidence Sonic? Do you have no general knowledge whatsoever beyond the Greenie-Leftie drivel traded with your comrades?Don’t you know that in the SS, the elite of the Nazis, Christian ceremonies such as church weddings and christenings were banned. The Nazis were into a return to paganism.

Al Qaeda, Wahhabism, and the Muslim Brotherhood are more fascist that most of the German Nazis and Italian fascists were.

And your assertion that Galloway was right about Iraq. Do you mean by accepting money from Saddam?

Jack,, Jack, Jack. You really have no sense of humour do you. Ridiculing stupidity is all part of debate you know.

Lets look at Fascism, it arose in Italy (a christian nation in case you did not know) and if you look at nations with large fascist movements were do you find them. You ask for evidence of the bleeding obvious.

As for “Al Qaeda, Wahhabism, and the Muslim Brotherhood are more fascist that most of the German Nazis and Italian fascists were.” well thats just nuts to be honest, the murder of 6 million Jewish people is somehow “less fascist” that Islamic fundamentalism?

I’d go and have a wee lie down Jack, you have clearly lost the plot.

As for Galloway, he said Iraq had no WMD’s and the war would be a disaster. What part of that was he wrong about?

Perhaps because I never made one. However to assert that the Nazis murder of 6 million Jewish people (and uncounted millions of gays, disabled people, socialists and gypsies) is somehow less “fascist” than the Muslim Brotherhood is so far off the rails it defies belief.

As for Galloway, you ignored my question why was that?, it’s never been proved GG got money from Saddam, indeed he has won vast sums of money in libel damages from newspapers he said he did. I merely said he turned out to be right about the consequences of invading Iraq, a point you just ignore.

Sonic:So it wasn’t a misprint in your 3.55 post: You seem to be saying that the Nazis’ crimes were at least as fascist as the Muslim Brotherhood etc (see clip from Sonic post below **)…

I was talking about ideology, and Sonic brought in the National SOCIALISTS’ crimes. Sonic, you twisted the quote. If you were at a political meeting you’d have been ejected as a blithering, incoherent drunk. Rightly so.

Given your grandiose requisition of the word “we” to pronounce the alleged opinion of posters to this blog, I can clearly see that those you describe you as a troller and leftist nuisance poster are correct.

Who actually are the “we” apart from the handful of far leftists who reappear between being barred?

The fact that DPF suffers rabid, babbling, twisting, left-wingers on Kiwiblog is testimony to DPF’s liberalism and patience. I would long ago have had Sonic psychiatrically assessed and checked for gun ownership.

Can you not see you have leaped in your quote from ideologies to crimes committed? There is no doubt in my mind that the members of Al Qaeda and the Muslim Brotherhood are more fascist than average Italian fascists and Nazis were. This applies also to Wahhabis. All three are fanatics. If they had the means and the backing I am sure they would repeat the Holocaust, this time in Israel.

The three groups are comparable in their fascism to the SS and the Nazi hierarchy.

No, the simple minded idiots are those who do not understand that xtian is an accepted abbreviation for christian (see, i wrote it), even xtians themselves.

I don’t think even Fred “godhatesfags.com” Phelps is actually calling for executing donut punchers. If any xtians out there are doing that, they’re even crazier and more isolated than him. Now that would be a sight to see.

According to Leviticus, the punishment is death. If any xtian or jew opposes death for homosexual acts, ask them why they think they can be selective about which of god’s laws to follow, and why god won’t punish them for breaking his laws.
