The white house hasn’t come out to clarify the muli-layering of the birth certificate electronic form? They just kept quite & hope that it will go away. The second point is, if they say that the original BC long form was scanned using software X, Y, Z, blah, blah, blah, which explains the multi-layering, then they will be caught as a liar, because graphics experts in the US who are using the same software in their work will try to replicate it and see if the White-house claim can stand-up to scrutiny. In fact this has been done. Just watch many youtube videos of how some experts have replicated a manufactured electronic form of a birth certificate. Its easy done. The white house won’t name their software because to do so, they’re digging the hole much deeper. It’s better to be quiet about it.

Pete George, there are lots of young beautiful American ladies who go to Tonga every year to teach (at primary & secondary school level) as part of the peace corps volunteer program. They taught there for a duration of 2 years mostly. Some got pregnant to local villagers during their time over there. Some ended up getting married with the fathers of their babies and returned to the US with them (husbands) but some just returned to the US without husbands (or as partners), but with their babies alone. Their babies are automatically US citizens even though they were born in Tonga. As I said above, the legitimacy of Obama’s US citizenship is not my argument here. It is the fraud that he (and his cohorts) had committed last year when he released an electronic form of his birth certificate, which it looked like its been doctored digitally.

There is no such commercial scanner that’s available today (to the best of my knowledge) that does multi-layered scanning. All current scanning will be a single layer. I keep track on new publications in various technical computing/engineering journals (such as IEEE Transaction series, LNAI series, Pattern Recognition Letters, Machine Visions & Applications, Machine Learning Journal and others ) because there may be something there that I find useful to me. I’ve seen about 2 publications on the topic of multi-layer scanning, but as far as I’m aware of this technology, is still in R&D domain. There hasn’t been any commercial implementation yet. The reason is because it is complex, it is slow, it requires huge memory, which makes it not worthwhile for commercial implementation.
Did you read the reference I posted in a previous message above with title: Optical Character Recognition using Neural Networks? The neural network algorithm used in that paper took more than a whole hour to complete its recognition task in a fast computer. That’s just one layering recognition task. Imagine how long would a multi-layered capability scanner take to complete the same scanning task? Two, 3 or more hours? No one is going to buy a very slow product like that. Perhaps, in the future it will be solved, but in today’s current technology.

krazykiwi, I don’t care if he’s born in Hawii or Kenya. I support Ron Paul’s opinion on this when asked by CNN about Obama’s birth certificate. Ron Paul answered: His mother is American, therefore it makes him (Obama) automatically a US citizen. Ron Paul is quite correct there. I’m arguing whether he’s a citizen or not. He is a citizen because of his mother. What I’m arguing here is that he’s committing a fraud in the highest level. That’s my argument here. We should not be arguing about his citizenship. Obama is a US citizen (because of his mother irrelevant of where he was born), no doubt, but committing a fraud is competely different matter.

Ranui Rail death – I do not understand Auckland rail’s comments:
[The tragedy prompted anger from commuters who have long protested about a wide gap between the platform and trains at the station.]
Auckland Transport spokeswoman Sharon Hunter admitted the platform was built for freight trains and did not suit the needs of passengers getting on and off.
“It’s what we’ve had to put up with. We’ve bought trains that don’t match the platform width, we have an inconsistency in that respect,” she said.
The first three trains that would fit the platforms were not due to arrive until the end of next year and the roll out would not be complete until 2016.
Those comments just do not make sense; one modifies the odd man out [the station] so that it is like all other stations, and therefore compatible for the rolling stock.
If the new rolling stock due in 2016 fits the Ranui Station, they will by definition be different from all current rolling stock and wrong for all the other stations.

Pete George, there are lots of young beautiful American ladies who go to Tonga every year to teach (at primary & secondary school level) as part of the peace corps volunteer program. They taught there for a duration of 2 years mostly. Some got pregnant to local villagers during their time over there. Some ended up getting married with the fathers of their babies and returned to the US with them (husbands) but some just returned to the US without husbands (or as partners), but with their babies alone. Their babies are automatically US citizens even though they were born in Tonga. As I said above, the legitimacy of Obama’s US citizenship is not my argument here. It is the fraud that he (and his cohorts) had committed last year when he released an electronic form of his birth certificate, which it looked like its been doctored digitally.

Eszett, you point to an expert! Heh, I know more about OCR than the expert you quoted from that link. He (the expert) is not a programmer. He is an expert user of the software but not an expert programmer. Do you understand the difference? I sometime ask others who have are expertise or knowledgeable in Excel spreadsheet for some tips of how to do certain things. It doesn’t mean that they’re knowledgeable in Excel then they automatically understand how the software was designed/developed. The fact of the matter is, no one (even the expert in the links you provided) has given an explaination of what software that they (White-house) used for scanning? Every one is guessing.
Its funny watching that expert’s explanation, because he seems clueless. He talks a lot of theories, hypothesizes and lots of imaginations. The guy is not a programmer. He never even suggested (if he’s an expert) what sort of scanning software that might have been used (Agfa, Fujitsu, etc,???) by the White house. There is no scanning software available today, to the best of my knowledge that can do a whole lot of things at once such as OCR, image/text optimization, fonts/image size automatic detection, hand-written signature identification and many other functionality described by your expert from the link above. Your expert’s opinion is simpleton. Such scanning software doesn’t exist today. He has put his faith in some unknown scanning software in order to debunk the multilayer forged BC, but he didn’t state that scanning software X , Y, Z can do all that. That expert failed in his debunking. He talked nonsense about optimization.
Eszett, if you think it is boring, then the reason is because your understanding of the graphics issue on discussion here about the Obama’s BC fraud is simpleton. Anyway here are some readings on OCR algorithms that you can digest in order for you to understand the discussion.

@kk – As I very clearly explained to you before (and you should know from your own research) the Minor decision does not define the limits of Natural Born Citizen. Minor’s case was that she was a citizen, hence she should be allowed vote, even though she was a woman. First, the court decided that she must be a citizen because since she was born on US soil to two US citizens she fit ANY definition of natural born citizen. Their decision explicitly said that they had no need to explore the more general issue of citizenship any further. (They then concluded that being a citizen guaranteed no entitlement to vote, so if her State didn’t want women to vote, well tough – hence these days this case isn’t considered one of the Supreme Courts greatest moments, and the case is usually quietly overlooked)
If you want some balance to your sources try the 1988 article (well before the Obama issue was even thought of) in the Yale Law Review by Pryor, or the more recent discussion document by the Congressional Research Office.

I brought up the issue of software layering and OCR technology and they simply try to argue from a position of ignorance. Eszett thought that he had a counter-argument to make by pointing to some experts debunking. Well that’s not debunking. The expert in the link/s he posted above, showed that the guy was talking about hypotheses & lots of imagination and sorry that’s not debunking.
I could post more technical information & publications on the topic of computer vision technology, and that’s the domain of where OCR and (intelligent) scanning software falls under, but that would be a waste of time, since Mike & Ezzet wouldn’t understand them. So, that’s why they avoid engaging in technical arguments. They prefer to be ignorant.

Mike, the issue is a technical one, ie, about the multi-layered electronic form of a birth certificate. There is no such commercial scanner that’s available today (to the best of my knowledge) that does multi-layered scanning. All current scanning will be a single layer. Is your skull too thick to understand that simple concept or not? You’re trying to deflect the argument to 9/11 conspiracy, which is irrelevant & idiotic.
Name a single person who is involved in the questioning of the Obama’s electronic form of his birth certificate who has also involved in 9/11 conspiracy? If it were, this would actually be news, not something circulating among the You Tube fringe. But it isn’t news, for the simple reason that Barack Obama was born when and where he says he was. Eszett, the expert in the link you showed above didn’t even know if such technology exist? I keep track on new publications in various technical computing/engineering journals (such as IEEE Transaction series, LNAI series, Pattern Recognition Letters, Machine Visions & Applications, Machine Learning Journal and others ) because there may be something there that I find useful to me. I’ve seen about 2 publications on the topic of multi-layer scanning, but as far as I’m aware of this technology, is still in R&D domain. There hasn’t been any commercial implementation yet. The reason is because it is complex, it is slow, it requires huge memory, which makes it not worthwhile for commercial implementation.
Did you read the reference I posted in a previous message above with title: Optical Character Recognition using Neural Networks? The neural network algorithm used in that paper took more than a whole hour to complete its recognition task in a fast computer. That’s just one layering recognition task. Imagine how long would a multi-layered capability scanner take to complete the same scanning task? Two, 3 or more hours? No one is going to buy a very slow product like that. Perhaps, in the future it will be solved, but in today’s current technology.

This issue has New Zealand connection – State Highway One between Clinton and Gore is still labelled the Clinton-Gore highway. At least it was in January last time I went that way.
This is a bit stale, and there have been reports of interest in making it more topicial if Romney wins by renaming it the Milton-Clinton-Gore Highway. But this is dependant on Romney birth certificate proof.
