IRA has novel way of saying sorry

The IRA has become somewhat unpopular amaongst even its own supporters over the involvement of its members in killing Catholic Robert McCartney after a bar brawl.

To show how sorry they are, the IRA has offered to execute up to four of its members who were involved in the killing.

I suspect membership is about to start dropping rapidly in the IRA. This is not a bad thing of course.
