ACT Billboards found to be illegal under the Electoral Act

The story is not online yet (actually it is on Scoop I’ve found) but a spy reports that the Chief Electoral Officer has ruled ACT’s billboard are illegal under the Electoral Act, and they face a fine of up to $3,000 if they are not removed.

ACT are amending the billboards to comply.
