Teacher approves kids attacking National billboard

Up in Hastings a teacher watched and and approved while her pupils defaced a National billboard. The graffiti included racial taunts about Je Lan Brash.

The teacher reportedly swore repeatedly at the Police, in a way which would make even Bob Clarkson blush.
