ACT Board Elections

The list of nominations for the ACT Board is online.

Garry Mallett and John Ormond are both standing for President. Ormond is the current VP and I suspect the favourite. Mallett stood for ACT for Hamilton East and was No 59 on their party list and was somewhat controversial.

Vice President is a three-way race between Barry Parkin, Frank (Muriel’s husband) Newman and Trevor Loudon.

Board member Auckland South region

David Seymour is unopposed as the board member for Auckland South – well done.

In Wellington Michael Collins squares off against Joe McTaggart

And Andrew Falloon is unopposed as a deputy board member for the upper south island.

Will be interesting to see the results of the presidential race especially.
