New ACT President

ACT – the liberal party – has elected a new President with Garry Mallett beating John Ormond.

Delighted to see blogger Trevor Loudon elected as Vice-President.

Mallett appears to have huge issues with gays, with his distaste for them being so great he felt the need to make vomiting gestures when talking about them at a meeting last year.

I suspect it is a good time for me to start a membership push for the Classicial Liberals section of the Nats.
