Well I think Stone and Parker’s spokesman was remarkably restrained in saying Hayes is being “disingenuous” – so, he’s had no problem loaning his voice to a show that has taken the piss out of every religion you can think of from Catholics to Satanists (and who wouldn’t be offended at seeing their deity pussy-whipped by his insatiable secret gay lover, Saddam Hussein) but… it’s pure coincidence that he bails after the show took on Scientology.

That’s right matt, he’s at 34% overall approval (Cheney’s at 18%). This is unprecedented for a second term president just reelected. Apparently, Bush has less support than the number that believes in space aliens and ghosts – which is about a third of the population.

He’s the worst president America has ever had, and that has been extremely obvious to some of us for many years. Some of the wingiest wingnuts however inexplicably cling to the Rovian propaganda that he’s a wartime pres trying to bring freedom to the world. Just keep watching Fox boys, that’s fair and balanced, it says so.

Seriously, if people stopped thinking that anyone who criticises Bush is a lefty, and took an objective look at his presidency, they might start seeing what 66% of Americans are waking up to.

P.S. Have you noticed that whenever Bush tries to explain something, he treats the audience as if they were idiots? Maybe it’s because that’s the way the issue was explained to him.

No Reid. I am still trying to see where you are qualified to make such a bold statement. Will you take it back when the approval figures come back up or are you as closed minded as all the other Bush ‘haters’ out there.

Americans found him at election time to be far more in touch with them than that other guys, hence how we won with a bigger majority than the first time. I still can’t believe how breathless people get when they blame him for the shitstorm in New Orleans despite the evidence otherwise.

Hell, I thought Mike Moore was a good guy, pleasingly eccentric though many others thought he was an incoherent screwball, fucked up a lot, but still had his heart in the right place. Splendid Director-General of the WTO and advocate for globalisation. But I still voted in 1990 and 1993 to prevent him ever getting back the title Prime Minister.
