NZ Herald on bullying case

The NZ Herald has a sensible editorial on the bullying assault case, saying that this should not have become a criminal prosecution and conviction.

They note:

There may have been a prima facie case against him. But that was also true of several recent high-profile cases, when it was not deemed sufficient to lead to court proceedings.

Translation: He would have got off if he was a Labour Cabinet Minister!
