When you re-read that confused babble he talks about placebo policies which I assume means they are not really policies at all But he then criticises National for having policies, then he accuses National of stealing his policies and then he talks about policies that are unworkable. Then he says he is not bashing National. His brain is scambled egg. He is dead meat and he knows it.

Um, correct me on this one DPF, but didn’t another party besides National and NZ First first advocate Waitangi claim reform, one law for all, all money collected from road use to bespent on roads and electoral reform? I think Winston was at least more effective than one party at pushing those policies and it wasn’t National.

“Hosted by MPs” means his former assistant editor of his rag and author of a book about him, hosted at his request. And when you say “hosted by MPs” you don’t mean the MP paid for the hall, paid for all costs related to it, etc. This is a taxpayer funded facility. Double standards.

Meaning “other” National Policies like going overboard when it comes to tax cuts, without doing their homework. Tell me then DPF, if National wanted NZ1 to join them why wouldn’t they supply their calculations & costings to NZ1 & Rt Hon?

BTW DPF, I thought you may have missed this piece from the Agenga program when Lisa Owen asker the Rt Hon…..

So you didn’t vote National/ACT for a tax cut? Can’t remember what else they had to offer the Country?

The NZ Voter worked out flogging off the family Silver for a quick few $$$$$ isn’t worth the trouble of getting into debt for the future.

No Camryn the NZ1 voter isn’t greedy, they are prepared to have a slice of the cake, not like you little friends in the opposition who want the whole cake for themselves and to hell with everyone else.

Ahhhh… “What Winston actually *meant* to say was…” followed by a coherent exposition of a policy or direction. Trouble is, it never *is* what Winston meant to say, it’s what the person covering his ass has to invent on the spot *for* him.

Trust me, I used to do it often enough. Then at the end of the day I’d be rung and asked “What did I say today…?” and struggle to remember it all, so that at least the seat-of-the-pants we flew by today would be the same pair of pants we put on tomorrow.

Those were the days 😎
