NZ’s Le Pen

Who described Winston Peters as the equivalent of France’s Jean-Marie Le Pen in 2003:

“Is there a debate about it in New Zealand? Well of course there is and we have our equivalent of Mr Le Pen in New Zealand and that party scored about 10% of the vote.”

It was Helen Clark of course. And then she appointed him Foreign Minister.
