How about re-naming General Debate “Greenfly Corner”.He appears to be completely unaware that casting his seed so continuously on stony ground is non productive and is frequently thought to lead to irreversible blindness. Alternatively,seeing that there appear to be several old fascist/socialists wandering around the blogs like lost souls, apparently taking much delight in their mindless muttering,that it would be a kindness ,on the grounds of their parlous mental health, to automatically shift their comments to a separate page. Perhaps this may encourage them to remember that those making a left hand turn must always make way to those turning right.

Readers confined to barracks over Easter may be amused by my exploits at the blog “The Hand Mirror”.

This “blog” is an example of socialist fascist propaganda of the worst kind. Such works litter the net and are all controlled by vicious half educated left wing thugs determined to propagate the views they consider supreme, and although they always provide a comments section, they censor it with Stalinist vigour.

Bored, and happening upon their narcissistic adolescent rubbish, I posted a couple of comments. (feminism is not really anything but another socialist/ leftist social construct)

They were immediately deleted and I was accused of “racism”. Completely false allegation of course. These people are (IMHO) the worst kind of Progressive scum, and will smear without the faintest compunction or conscience anyone they perceive as advocating ideas they disapprove of.

With the post deleted of course, the racism smear rests untested by anyone who might read it and be able to apply logic rather than hate and bigotry.

These people are so seduced by their own self image as all wise progressives, they fail completely to see themselves as they really are. Along with so many other groups making up the socialist fascist political union, the biggest threat to individual freedom since the Third Reich. Here’s my final comment, deleted too of course-

But I already do RB and in addition I also see trends that some conservatives fail to acknowledge e.g.1 like the Zionist perspective in the US media which to me, is as insidious and obvious as this leftist trend you also see.

Personally I see clear evidence of all sorts of manipulation arising from all ostensible sides of the political and wealth spectrum, where it’s quite transparent to me anyway, that people are being played like a violin, such as in e.g.2 the justifications given for the ubiquitous surveillance that now exists in the UK.

We’ve been through this before RB, many times. To avoid doubt, I absolutely acknowledge lefty insidious scum mount continual propaganda attacks throughout the MSM many times daily.

I think your problem RB is that straw hatted fruit picking groups are people too, and personally if I were in that group, I’d burst into tears and need some ACC-sponsored counseling and maybe a few months of time off work before I’d fully recovered.

The irony, of course, is that those censorious freaks frequently show utter contempt for their counterparts, when they troll on right-wing blogs like Kiwiblog. In my view, Kiwiblog was once a great melting pot for discussion, but things have changed. While one can’t be precise with these things, the entrance of “Robert Owen”, “Sam Dixon”, “GhostWhoWalks”, and more frequently the likes of Jacob Van Hartog, (with their off-topic smears) marked new lows in threadjacking.

I can’t remember exactly- something along the lines that the events they were complaining of were occurring because of the social rules they had set, and that behind every violent amoral teenage male psychopath there was a feminist/ progressive posing as a mother who had failed in that role because of her rejection of traditional male female ideas in child raising.

I also referenced the plight of the Berlin women in WWII who were almost all, from child to grandmother, savagely raped by invading Russian soldiers in the absence of the protection of their German fathers and husbands.

I mentioned this in a fruitless attempt to make the narrow minded zealots at the Hand Mirror realise that part of the primary role of good men is to protect women from bad men. Worthless tho when they’re suffering from decades of total immersion in pro-feminist indoctrination disguised as education.

I resent the way these ignorant narrow thugs have such widespread control of the upbringing of male children, (mainly through their infiltration of the education system) to the extent today where boys grow to adulthood almost thoroughly emasculated. Disgusting and a sad blight on our society. The reason I believe there is such a high suicide rate in this country amongst young males.

I merely meant to make the point that the people picking fruit in South Auckland were doing more for the country than PhD writing feminists, but the minds behind the Hand Mirror are so fucked by politically correct dogma they see transgressions of their sick social protocols everywhere.

My favourite lefty commenter left some years before you joined, his name was Logix. Perhaps he morphed into another identity, but I appreciate their contributions, always.

Hmmm, actually I do remember Logix (and before that the Winston defender who went by the alias “Cadmus”), so perhaps that means I’ve been around for a while too! By the way, given the similar posting style, I believe that’s the same Redlogix who posts over at The Standard.

Well, Reid, I’m not averse to hearing different viewpoints, which is why I specifically confined my previous remark to trolls. I put Jacob Van Hartog in that category because he’s a blatant example; a thread about, say, Michael Cullen is quickly threadjacked by JVH into a smear campaign against, say, Nick Smith (one of JVK’s favourite smear targets).

I was keen to hear the other day, for example, from those who support restorative justice. To be more specific, I wanted them to explain precisely which types of cases lend themselves to a restorative justice-based outcome, and which don’t. Looking back over that general debate thread, even with some useful contributions from Rex W and Greenfly, I didn’t really find anything.

Restorative justice is, I believe, a “left” concept. So surely I could have expected input approaching your standard of “the better the left have to offer”. I’m left wondering if restorative justice is a concept bereft of precise definition and practical application. So far, no one has been able to persuade me otherwise.
