Racism in New Zealand

Over at Stuff, I blog on two interesting questions from the Colmar Brunton poll last week. They asked people how much racism do people personally believe exists in New Zealand, and whether Maori have more, the same, or less rights than other New Zealanders.

One interesting aspect:

Now one should be cautious of making conclusions based on small demographic subsets, but it is interesting that Maori are more likely to say there is a great deal of racism and Pacific Islanders more likely to say there is only a little racism.
