I think you may find that Judge Mary Beth Sharpe’s comments were made off the cuff without formal argument and evidence. There are also higher authorities that suggest that her view may, if I may use your term, be “unsupported by” a superior court. The judge who sent the counciil mathematicians packing last time round also indicated that while Penny may have won a battle she was pushing it uphill with a sharp stick if she wanted to win the war. The established authorities do not bode favourably for her But if she does win, good luck to her. I like to see a novel argument. I fear that the flood gate principles may apply. It will become a defence to liability for rates if there is a bona fide belief, based on reasonable ground, that the council has cocked things up.It did not happen in the far north and I have trouble seeing it happen in Auckland.

Corset quite restrictive tonight damas, just a tiny bit perhaps. Maybe a little tanty might help. Otherwise considering the outing or your spouting off about other posters while dressed in who knows what without being forthcoming about your own dear, sweet self – might show some deep conflictions of character and fortitude in the minds of any you seek to influence with your near holiness, saintliness and other stalking procedures.

Yes, you may well be right Nookin, comments on the record nevertheless. Procedure is paramount, delivery of services, correct charges and timely payment along with the opportunity to be heard in the Courts when that may not crystallise.

Moving to another, maybe similar subject – the DC is allowing arguments about due process, potential corruption of the administration of the Law, right to be fairly defended and other, what could be, shortfalls in the proceedings against Dotcom and his partners this week. I expect that you don’t see it the same way but the Dotcom case is likely to continue to prove a searching examination of TBORA.
