  In my younger days, I had some brief experience working at mid range hotel accommodation. The stereotypes below are common knowledge for those in the industry:
  
  Maoris/PIs = most likely to trash a place
  Whites = most likely to take the toiletries
  Asians = most likely to stink the place out with their cooking.
  
  The cold hard truth though is that this guy is letting out his own private property. He should be able to choose to whomever he so chooses no matter how much it “offends” some people.

    The cold hard truth is under NZ law you can’t discriminate against people because of their race, age, sex, sexual orientation, family status, disability etc. You can be as racist as you want in your own home, just don’t go advertising it or you could end up with some bad media and a fine.

  Could the advertiser set criteria such as:
  – Must be employed
  – Must be a non-smoker
  – No sub-lodging to family members
  – No cooking of smokey or pungent foods
  
  It’s not the “race” but the behavior of the tenant that the landlord ought to be concerned about.

    Back in the 90’s I was renting a house in Sunnynook on Auckland’s North Shore.
    The owners of my house were a lovely Korean couple who also owned the house next door to us which was being rented by Chinese students.
    On a Saturday evening I was watching the box when all of a sudden I heard a massive explosion followed by shattering glass sounds.
    I looked out the window and saw the house next door was on fire. The students had been cooking on a gas ring attached to a gas bottle and a leak had ignited. Within minutes the house was fully involved with fire and some of the students had to escape out a window.
    Needless to say the house was severely damaged.
    Firefighters who arrived on the scene said that Asian students cooking on gas rings were a real problem for them, there had been several similar fires and despite the homes being fitted with conventional ovens Asian students still used dangerous gas set up’s for cooking.
    The long and short of it is that if you do rent a house to Asian students you have to spell it out to them in no uncertain terms not to use gas cookers inside the house.

        Yes, this is true. Nothing beats a good old 25-cm double gas ring for wok ‘n roll.
        
        Unfortunately, many Chinese students (whose mums have always cooked for them) would not be familiar with gas tubes, gas regulators, O-rings and the need for regular maintenance and leak inspections.

      Polynesian tenants remove floors for umu cookers. (Fire heated stones.) Not all. I know of several occurrences.
      
      Another, white this time, trashed a house. Stripped walls, etc. He was found asleep in the roof by the Police.
      
      Landlords don’t get a free ride from tenants. If discrimination is not advertised it will still be practised.

        There can sometimes be an issue with folks straight from the Pacific (FOBs), who, never having seen an electric oven before, light a fire in it to do their cooking. Or at least that was what I heard a number of years ago from (Polynesian) mates who were sparkies working in South Auckland…

        Lol I’m Polynesian, never done that. In any case isn’t it easier to dig a hole in the garden? Umus are generally reserved for special occassions anyway because it’s a way to bulk cook food. Prepping takes half a day, cooking takes another half day. Hardly the most efficient way to get dinner ready.

    Given it’s an Air BnB property:
    – Your employment status doesn’t matter – guests pay the bill to Air BnB in advance
    – Yes the owner can state the room/property is smoke free
    – The owner can also state how many people are allowed on the advertised rate, and additional costs for extra people
    – The owner doesn’t have to offer cooking facilities.
    Air BnB is an online community so if the owner sounds like a dick then he/she likely won’t get bookings. Something the person in the Stuff article apparently missed.

        Everyone renting has to take their chances getting accommodation. Between houses hubby and I required a rental. Both white kiwis and presentable but that wasn’t enough to become the tenant. We secured the rental by offering to pay several months rent in advance. Lucky for the landlord we were clean, tidy and excellent tenants who left the rental as we found it on departure.

        I won’t take the risk. Experience tells me that if potential tenants are brown they will wreck the place. No, I am not being racist, as I said, experience has proven this fact time and time again, I simply will not rent to them. I bet you a million bucks many many many landlords THINK the same..but they won’t come out and say it.

    Maybe thats because being a business owner I have to be a realist as well. Thats also why when I rent out my properties, I manage the process myself. Then I can be selective.
    
    My eldest came home last night with a joke. Why are there no Maori’s in Star Trek? Because they dont work in the future either.

      Peter, when it comes to renting a room in a house it is a lot different than renting a house or a flat. Certainly no one should be able to advertise houses of flats for rent stating no Maori need apply as was the case in the 1960s.
      
      The advertising for home stays are more problematic. Tourism is a big industry. Is it a good look to have home stays stating no Indians? I do not think so.
      
      I once rented a flat to an Indian couple. They were both doctors. I told them that I a problem before with Indian cooking permeating the curtains and carpets. As they seemed very good potential tenants I installed a exhaust fan in the kitchen window and they agreed to use when cooking and they did.

        I agree that we shouldn’t discriminate on race, although I suspect this may happen in practice, albeit more covertly than in the example given.

    I don’t think it is a question of partisan political preferences, Chuck.
    The law states that it is illegal to discriminate in such a fashion when providing services. That might well contradict many persons’ beliefs and behaviours.
    Personally, if EAD wanted to advertise his services with the proviso ‘no dogs or Jews’, then I believe he should be free to do so. The remedy for such fuckwitted racism lies in its transparency and the exposure of its proponents to odium and ridicule.
    In the public sector, though, the rules should apply. I think it is a reasonable proposition that public official carry out their duties in accordance with the principles of fairness and decency that the overwhelming majority of the community support.

After losing his seat in Hunua in 1981 after just one term in Parliament as a nondescript MP, Peters came back in 1984 as MP for Tauranga with National in opposition and in disarray. The caucus was divided between McLay free-marketeers, and the pro-Muldoon rump. Peters, or more exactly his strategist Michael Laws needed a strategy to boost his profile and to further his leadership ambitions (remember, Rob Muldoon anointed him as his true successor when he said Peters had what it took to be NZ’s first Maori Prime Minister), and, in the days of Rogernomics reforms, “revealing cover-ups and corrupt business practices” was the brand they came up with.

        Yep. That was from 1996 after the first wave of new Asian migrants. Michael Laws has admitted that he was told “to come up with some policies that will make NZ First popular”, so Laws, the ultimate political cynic/realist looked overseas and, along with anti-crime (“laura norder”) came up with…anti-migration. And of course it was popular with the blue collar working class and Maori, and also the older Pakeha anti-1984 reforms brigade, i.e, Rob’s Mob…especially when the media made a big play of it and gave him lots of free publicity, just as they did with Donald Trump.

  Winnie last night showed he was an old school politician, he is now well past his use by date. His slurred words, the hard to suppress amusement from all the others in the debate when he rambled on. James Shaw’s face was a picture when Winston was rambling on.
  Winnie knows of course that the News Media will only cherry pick what he said, that the people in the audience will move on from the night etc.,
  I thought that James Shaw came across well as did David Seymour and next I thought Joyce, probably to some extent handicapped by the fact that he is the incumbent Minister.
  Robbo and then Winnie. Robbo is arrogant, “I know best” for us all. No room for individuality in his book, our way or the highway.
  The farmers will be happy that he came out with an Emissions tax on farmers and then hopefully they will have a trading scheme up and running before the end of their first term, but the tax will come first. Lucky old farmers
  So last night from labour it was Tax as usual, let’s do this.
  Seymour needs to treat Peters as irrelevant, regardless of how the votes fall. Seymour can tell a good message and needs to stick to that message. He is clear that the country needs to keep going the way it is and Act is there to help National with that.
  James Shaw is in the wrong Party, or he needs to get the Greens back to being an environmental party who can work well with any other party. The Socialist label does not help them, keep out of poverty etc., He was articulate and a good debater from the parts that I saw.
  Joyce was clear and concise but struggled not to laugh when Winnie was rabbiting on.
  Winnie is really a problem actually for all the country and political parties.

      Yes, and the overpaid superannuation story serves as a very good reminder that Peters is now 72 years old. In all probability, years of drinking, smoking and late, late nights have aged him far more than his 72 years.
      
      On a number of occasions in the last few months he has looked very shaky in Parliament when holding up documents to table or leak. His hands tremble quite noticeably. I seriously wonder if he has the early stages of Parkinson’s Disease, and if that’s the case, maybe he should just bow out and enjoy his retirement without the pressures of public expectation.

    A port should be near the sources/destinations of the freight. Northland doesn’t produce/consume nearly as much freight as Auckland, so there will have to be long-distance transport (and upgrading of roading/rail) for a Northland port to be viable.
    Alternatively, grow the population of Whangarei by 10-fold.

      Wow, I am amazed at the amount of product that Tauranga uses, considering it does more business than Ports of Auckland.
      
      With a GOOD rail system and this is where Rail can work well, and a landing point in the centres where the trains can unload to trucks for short haul, then a port can be positioned anywhere on the coast that has a deep water access.

      Tauranga Port has the most efficient container throughput in the country by a large amount over Auckland Port.
      It operates effectively two separate ports, a container one and a dry cargo one, each on 24 hours and has a deep port which now take the largest containers.
      It has many hectares of empty and available land still.
      It is not near residential in the same way that Auckland is.
      As a shareholder the efficiency is judged by its share price.
      The return on Shareholders funds of Auckland is pitifully low and commercially unacceptable.
      It is Union Controlled.
      It is Council Owned.
      By selling it the Council could help reduce the billions of dollars debt that the ratepayers have.
      But it is a very left wing Council led by a lying twit.

      We will need dual track, on which freight trains can run at 100 km/h.
      The rail will have to skirt around or tunnel through the Brynderwyns (at great cost). Will the Auckland rail terminal be in the CBD or in Manukau?

        The rail link will go from Marsden Point to Oakleigh, they already own the land for that. The line then runs south to Maungaturoto and on down to Wellsford. Apparently the track isn’t in the best condition and there are tunnels and bridges that would need upgrading. What we really need is a new highway and then bring the rail in later. On a slightly different note, once a year they do a trip where you travel from Auckland to Whangarei on the quick cat and come back by train. I’ve never done it but apparently it’s an amazing ride through the back blocks with views to die for. Must do it one day, it’s a great tourist idea

    Captain Cook wharf could be redeveloped and made more accessible to Aucklanders. Presently it is used as an imported car facility and is mainly a car park most of the time. It does seem to be a waste of prime waterfront land and should be shifted elsewhere.

    which is not a bad thing, increase in GST, increase in profits for transport firms paying more tax, increase the fuel tax in Auckland as well, then add a buy or sell your house tax, an additional water tax, a pollution tax, a sitting in traffic tax, a “i’m a stuck up numpty” tax and the just because I can tax and people might just start to realise that there are other parts of the country that are better to live in.
    Businesses that don’t need to be centralised can start to telecommute using the new UFB and the rest of NZ can grown while Auckland shrinks.

  An interesting idea but has anyone looked at the logistics? Let’s start with 250,000 cars and 900,000 TEU (20″ containers or for this exercise 450,000 40″ units) that come through Auckland each year. A railcar filled with a 40″ box would be, say about 13.5mts long. Now if you could fit 6 cars on the same railcar that would be about 42000 railcars and 450,000 container cars. At 13.5m long that is 6,600 km of railcars. If a train could be 1km long then that would be 6,600 trains per year or 18 trains per day, in each direction (36 trains or one every 40mins) as the railcars need to get back to the port. If the trains have to be shorter then it just gets worse! All on a single line and how do they get through Auckland sharing with the commuter rail service.

        Kirk promised that he wouldn’t let politics interfere with sport, but months after he was elected cancelled the 1973 Springbok Tour. I decided then and there that the Labour Party was not for me, doubtless to the disappointment of the Labour Party hacks who had taught me up until that point.

Can it be assumed that one thing good that might come from Prime Minister Taxinderella and approved by Winston, is that Helen Clark will be appointed back to New York as New Zealand’s Representative at the UN – that would piss them at the UN.
Or will she stay and socially control the Country again from behind with her front doing as she and the Unions say.
She is still bitter with both the UN and New Zealand for rejecting her.
This way she will get her UTU as Cinders will not be able to hold her back.
Clark,assisted by Robertson, are way ahead of her politically. Clark still has a fine brain (and H2 will not be far behind).

I wish Winston would hurry up and get his Lawyers and investigators into the job of finding out who the leaker was of his details that saw him have to pay thousands of dollars back to MSD. I do believe that there is every chance that Peters story is a beat up to cover up his and Shane Jones poor polling in the North and to drag some of those voters back to give him more power. Winston was not going to the Queenstown Debate a few days ago until he got the reaction that he wanted from this story, now he making the Port of Auckland a bottom line at the cost of three or four billion to shift it to the North. So you look at what he has to gain and what National has to lose and you should see this as another manufactured Election beat up by Winston First.

  Don’t blame the voters. It’s a failure of leadership by National. All of this is happening because Key never promoted personal choice and responsibility as the core value that separates his party from the left.
  
  National won the last three elections with personality, not principles. Now Labour is doing the same. National is trying to buy the election but Labour’s bribes are bigger. National deserves to lose but, sadly, I doubt they will learn the right lessons as a result.

Last year real estate agents were trumpeting the property boom in Hamilton – as investors looked for new pastures outside of an over-priced Auckland.

But now Core Logic’s Head of Research, Nick Goodall, says its popularity is waning.

    (b) proves that the trillions spent on Climate Change™ could not have achieved better outcomes had those funds instead been directed to global population health.
    
    With each passing day, the predictions made yesterday by your so-called major scientific bodies fail to eventuate. Science demands that the theory of cataclysmic climate change be invalidated through lack of evidence.

        So I take some comfort in using their own data to show that the most recent state record for rainfall was in 1982, and that was in Hawaii.
        
        What about Texas? Well the four records there were:
        
        – Galveston 1871 – 3.95” in 15 minutes
        – Woodward Ranch 1935 – 15.0” in 2 hours
        – Thrall 1921 – 36.4” in 18 hours
        – Alvin 1979 – 43” in 24 hours
        
        Storm Harvey was nowhere near these. So no Griff, it wasn’t wetter. As for ‘stronger’, that is a term you’ll need to define with more clarity so that I can debunk your assertion.

        Sea level was higher so flooding was worse.
        
        All these factors increased the effect of the recent storm as they do all the potential weather we have now.

All these stories of statues being taken down and destroyed are old news in NZ. Von Tempsky’s head was cut off his statue and the Marsland Hill New Zealand Wars memorial in New Plymouth had the statue of a soldier on top of it destroyed in 1991.
I’m supprised the few remaining monuments to the British who fought and died in the colonial wars are still standing.

An outspoken Norwegian minister has sparked a sharp war of words with Sweden over immigration in an unusually public spat between the Nordic neighbours.

Sylvi Listhaug, the immigration minister from the populist Progress party, has warned for months that Norway should not copy its neighbour and allow “Swedish conditions” to develop.

That is code for the gang warfare, shootings, car burnings and other integration problems that Sweden has endured recently in the suburbs of its three largest cities, Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmo.

Sweden’s own immigration minister cancelled a meeting with Ms Listhaug after her Norwegian counterpart alleged there were 60 “no-go zones” in Sweden. Swedish police insist there is nowhere they cannot go but admit there are problems with gangs of young men. Police in Malmo told the Financial Times that most of the troublemakers were born in Sweden rather than recently arrived immigrants.

A link on the Hooerald shows that Z, the petrol station company, is pushing, as well as benefiting from a diversified work force.

The only thing is it doesn’t tell you the real benefit: “student” and other immigrant labour is keeping its costs – wage costs – down.

Ah well, we have the choice of where to fill up. But then, the competition is doing it, too.

You need bugger all skill to fill a petrol tank and take the cash. You would think it would be a great job for unemployed young NZ kids.

Why are we filling our unskilled jobs with foreigners?

I bet Z and the other petrol companies were among those who pressured the incompetent Immigration Minister, Woodhouse, to modify planned changes to immigration.

And why don’t petrol prices reflect the high currency and low oil prices at present. The “8c” off today sort of crap is a marketing rick. Where is the AA in voicing motorists displeasure about this? Oh, they are working with one of the petrol companies in the “X off today” rort.

      I had some friends visiting Auckland walk up Hobson Street from the Sky Tower on the way back to my place- My mate was fuming when he got home, some wasted Maori guys at The Mission were loudly telling his twelve year old daughter what they were going to do to her..(wish I had warned him to bypass that fucking place)
      Needless to say I don’t donate to their frequent requests for handouts..

An interesting comment came from a friend whose company serves documents on mortgage defaulters and personal debtors. He said the last few years had seen quite a drop off in the numbers of defaulters, and he put this down to a buoyant economy. He does however forecast an increase in his business if Labour takes over again, especially if unemployment rises or taxes skyrocket. His best years in turnover were during Clark’s reign.

        But he paid it back straight away so ANYONE can see this wouldn’t be a scandal on it’s own. I can’t see how someone other than Peters could see this as being on the same scale as Turei hence why it doesn’t make sense a senior MP in National would do it. However what would be a scandal is having this information ‘leaked’ and who would benefit from this supposed leak? Winston Peters, the (ironically) anti corruption crusader. I don’t think any other politician would take this risk but Peters I’m not so sure.
        
        Anyway regardless of who it was, the person who did it needs to face serious consequences when/if found out. Unfortunately this is unlikely to be before the election.

It went “Jacinda is the best thing to have ever happened to New Zealand #Letsdothis”

Some bloke then politely commented that he likes Adern but will be voting National as he thinks “The Economy is heading in the right direction”

Her reply?-
“I don’t care about the bloody Economy! I care about children going to School with hungry tummies. I care about families with six or seven kids going homeless”

Yep- “I don’t care about the bloody Economy”….That’s what we are up against!

In 1972, Norman Kirk the ultimate practical old-fashioned Labour politician (left school at age 13 to work cleaning gutterings, then onto the railway, built his own house with blocks he also made himself, which he would cycle miles, one by one, from Christchurch to the site in Kaiapoi)
  
  …was in an election where a whole raft of trendy issues were deemed important. These included sport with apartheid-era South Africa, nuclear testing in the Pacific, Vietnam, etc. They were especially important for many of the young Labour Party members and candidates. One of them, Russell Marshall, the (successful) candidate in Wanganui, and a church minister and later the guy who ditched School Certificate when he became Minister of Education in Lange’s government was opining all those issues were important

    My Great Aunt was a tough bird. She was born in the 1890s and lived to 90. She had polio as a child which gave her a huge physical handicap: a short leg, a hand that was frozen open and unusable, and a skull deformity that made it look like she had a tennis ball stuck in her cheek.
    
    During the WW1 she drove ambulances – which also meant she had to service the thing. They were temperamental beasts back then: overheating, burning out spark plugs every couple of hundred miles,… Even with those physical disabilities she was a wizz at fixing engines and changing tyres etc – before they had modern hydraulic tools to do the hard work.
    
    The last time I visited her before she died, she’d just come back with her toolbox from fixing some plumbing problem at the “old people” of 70 that lived next door. No matter she was over 90!

In a piece in the Hooerald on the NZ leaders’ debate, Kan can’t resist bringing in Donald Trump. Here’s Kan’s concluding sentence:

Privately, Trump is likely enjoying the deluge because it reminds him of hotel mattresses in Moscow.

Why are current NZ comedians so unfunny? They might raise a smirk or a smile, but no decent laugh like we used to get from Billy T. James.

  Liberals, most especially of the leftist variety, have a deep hatred for anyone who is not an urban dwelling, Christian hating, latte sipping cosmopolitan who knows the correct terms for the dozens (and growing) of “genders” they have invented. So when they attempt to be funny, they just sound like people who should be in a padded cell wearing a wrap around jacket.

      Bands and singers go in and out of style – hundreds of stories of hitting a peak – going out of fashion – then they’re back. Aerosmith perfect example. Rolling Stones another.
      
      Along with Alanis are plenty of others who followed similar patterns. Think Michael Jackson 1980s. He was the 80s in pop music. 1990s – late 90s ? Dropped right off compared.
      
      I can name Rumours – Fleetwood Mac. Try naming the rest of their catalogue – hello ? Hootie & The Blowfish. One big hit album. Even Oasis. It’s not like they came up with another five ‘Morning Glory’ hit album follow-ups. And they were huge.

  Personally I would’nt ask Jacinda or Bill what they are wearing at the debate tonight.
  That is in fact a journalistic no no to query the interviewee’s dress sense because it is irrelevant to the interview, a distraction.
  Jacinda handled the interview well and can’t be blamed for bristling at Hosking’s intransigence.
  I expect tonights debate to be more conversational than confrontational and no doubt Bill will be wearing a blue tie and Jacinda will be in a reddish outfit.

Pulling up beside it, I yelled out the window pointing to the cover on my windscreen.
I told him to follow me to the next place we could pull off the road. He got out of his ute and pulled the cover off my vehicle saying sorry.

A pat on the back for the Christchurch Charity Hospital.

It has treated 14,000 people (mainly surgery, I’m guessing) in the ten years since it was set up. The patients are people who can’t get treatment in the State-funded health system.

The Christchurch Press reports the hospital’s founder, Phil Bagshaw, as saying that all Governments had rationed elective medical procedures since the health reforms of the 1990s, but funding levels had dropped more substantially in the last nine years.

Yet more articles about Winston over on Whaleoil. At this point I’m starting to wonder whether perhaps Winston is paying Slater for coverage. We all know Slater runs a pay for say operation over there. So which political parties are paying? Is this gushing stream of articles about Winston completely genuine commentary (whatever that is on Whaleoil), or is it paid for? And if Winston was paying Slater – how would we know?

Presumably if this was the case the spending would need to show up at some point on NZ1st accounts and statements of election spending. But is there any way we would find this out before the election? If Winston were paying Whaleoil directly to run ads then we would expect some note on the ad itself as to who paid for it. But what counts as an ad? What if Winston was simply paying Slater for coverage – so many articles per week in the run up to the election.

The big problem with Whaleoil is that you never quite know which of those articles has been bought and paid for. Given the prime coverage Winston has been getting over there over the last couple of weeks you really have to wonder.

Interesting that some residents of a large local Ryman Nursing home who would normally vote for Winnie are now looking at supporting Labour. I know a nurse who works there and she has heard discussions amongst the residents.

She told me that it’s nothing to do with their policy as it’s Princess Jacinda they want as PM.

I am also getting feedback from other friends who I never believed would vote labour. Some are now seriously considering voting for them and again it’s because of Jacinda,

I hope Bill kicks arse tonight as I can see National is in trouble.

I am making sure I am with my mother when she votes, I have informed the resthome that I will be there. The problem is not the resthome, it is the “caring” people who turn up to help and the little old lady says thank you dear, and who was I am supposed to vote for.
My mother knows full well who to vote for, she is a creature of habit and she is entitled to that habit. She is compos mentis if she can still do the cryptic crossword and read books and recite poetry.
You know the type of caring person, those that offer to drive people to the voting booth with red ribbon on their car aerials, with a captive audience in the car espousing the virtues of the labour party during the journey.

Have been in personal touch with Bill English (e mailing him) about his approach to tonight’s election debate. Telling him he must play to win and hit Jacinda hard. Focus on his status as a godly man with six kids versus her admitted atheism, living in sin and childlessness. Talk about the security consequences of a menstruating PM during a dramatic international incident. And hammer home the fact that Jacinda, despite all the talk about her youth and beauty, is visibly beginning to age. Approach one of her billboards and inspect it closely and you can see the telltale signs – wrinkles, blotches – of the flesh beginning to decay. The progressives dream of utopia, of abolishing god and conquering death, but they cannot even prevent the rotting of their bodies. Hammer that home, Bill.

My elderly neighbour who usually praised Winston now says that Jacinda is a breath of fresh air. As the patriot Huevon has explained here, ‘bitch’ is an appropriate technical term to signify Jacinda Ardern’s animalistic behaviour, and ‘cuck’ is a technical term that Bill could use to good effect against male Labour MPs.

      The Exodus text commands that whosoever lieth with a beast shall surely be put to death. The Leviticus text backs this up, but adds that the animal must be out to death also.

      That’s what you meant. Collecting stats on everyone from a certain time would be pretty easy, btw. I just wouldn’t do it without DPF’s permission. The stats I do now are generated on the fly and not saved. But if I were to do this seriously I have the tools and the knowledge to do it.

“Ohariu MP Peter Dunne says since he decided not to stand for re-election he’s realised how voters feel about the media circus surrounding the campaign.

“Already I have come to see many of my soon-to-be former colleagues through a different prism,” he said in an article posted on Thursday.

“I smile quietly but cynically at their strutting earnest ways and the egregious ever-so-keen-to-please and not offend tones of the political wannabes – now realising that until recently I too was playing the same games.”

He describes media coverage of the campaign as having “all the trappings of a circus” rather than a serious democratic event to elect a government.

“If this is how a soon-to-be former politician views things, just over a week after deciding to leave, one can only begin to imagine how long-suffering voters must feel about all of this, all the time.”

The story changes faster than their underwear. One minute they claim that they are all running from torture and then the next minute they are happy to say that these people are coming for gibs and to do “jobs Europeans won’t do”. Then they admit they are basically importing these people but claim it’s to “pay for our pensions” and “boost economic growth” (I.e. to try and pay back impossible to pay Bankers loans).

These people in the MSM are centuries old professional liars – it’s time to call them out.
