Sweden just passed a new rape bill.

In Sweden they now will be prosecuting negligent rape and negligent sexual assault.

There will no longer be the need to prove violence or threat of violence to prove a conviction.

Feminist Victory.

Here is what the bill actually does.

The immigrants in Sweden commit all the violent rape – 100% of it. That’s not an exaggeration. It’s 100%.

So immigrant rape is captured by the existing definition of rape that includes acts or threats of violence. And Sweden doesn’t enforce the laws against the muslim rapists anyway, so it’s all irrelevant. Muslim rape is just cultural expression and religious imprimatur and healthy repressed masculinity.

This bill requires manifestations of consent at every stage of sex – confirmation of consent for every single discrete act of sex where there is any ambiguity as to the women’s intentions.

And the beautiful thing is, none of that even matters – all that matters is whether or not a woman decides she consented or not. That embrace wasn’t actually a declaration or consent. That was a fearful gesture of resignation and repressed fear.

The bill is aimed squarely at Swedish men.

The Swedish government is facing criticism because of leaks showing the scale and uniformity of muslim immigrant rape.

So the cultural marxists created a bill to pathologise normal human discourse and interchange into criminal offences. The requirement for continuing expressed consent gives women already rendered insane by their feminist indoctrination in Sweden the power to destroy any man at whim.

The government wants to be able to say to Swedish men – see you too are rapists, look, Klara said she didn’t consent, and we won’t consider all the evidence to the contrary because it is irrelevant to her determination. You are also rapists – just like the immigrants, who currently commit 100% of the rape.

The bill is the final nail in the coffin of gender relations in Sweden.

These women will still get raped by the immigrants at volume and violently. But now they’ll be able to shake down any Swedish man at whim.

That’s why feminists shouldn’t ever say words. Because words have meaning and relations, and Feminists don’t understand either.

And all of that is meaningless, because the woman decides whether her behaviour affirmed consent or not. Anyone can argue any gesture, act or omission means anything at all.

  A couple of weeks ago the Swedish polls showed the opposition party had made major gains and were equal with the ruling party. The opposition party is anti migration and is supported by many younger voters. This new law should help the opposition surge ahead, if the voters have a little bit of grey matter. Michael Reddell has put forward interesting ideas on how to fix NZ’s dismal performance in productivity.
Some of his ideas, posted in his blog, Croaking Cassandra, include:

Cutting immigration to levels comparative on a per capita basis with the United States.
Reducing immigration from the Pacific Islands and focusing on attracting higher skilled migrants.
Moving to a Nordic type tax system. (You better read the details yourself.)
Changing house-planning restrictions.
Lifting first age for national superannuation to 68.
Considering instituting (or re-instituting) a universal child allownce.
Winding up the Super Fund.
Replacing the Secretary of the Treasury (Reddell seems to suggest replacing the Treasury with a more robust institution).
Banning local bodies from investing in “individual” commercial operations.

Reddell is an interesting economist, and, in my opinion, one of the few who sees the folly of chasing population growth to boost GDP.

    The Brits have a serious problem with raping murdering muslims. They let far too many of them into the country at once and they now have a problem that is just about impossible to fix. The public authorities seem to be hoping that if they can just keep a lid on the situation long enough the muslims will become civilised and stop raping and murdering non-muslims . I doubt it will work but that is what they are trying to do and to be honest they are backed into a corner and have precious few other options.
    
    So the full force of the British establishment is currently mustered behind a firm and decisive policy of hushing everything up as much as possible. In light of the policy people like Tommy who keep pointing at the fire and yelling fire are viewed as public enemy number one. And we have just seen just how far they are willing to go to shut him up. Civil rights? What civil rights!
    
    I suppose I can see the plan, but in typical British armchair general fashion they’ve completely fucked it up. Keeping a lid on people like Tommy might help keep public order in the short term, but that is only helpful if you use the time to address the real problem. That means coming down like a hammer on the Islamists who are doing all the raping and murdering. The police should be chasing after them, investigating them, arresting deporting and locking up those involved in rape gangs and murder plots, and also going after the Imams who are spreading vile hate. And they should be seen to be doing so.
    
    But instructions from the top to keep a lid on things seem to have somehow morphed at lower police level into a policy of purposefully not investigating crimes, ignoring complaints, refusing to take evidence, destroying evidence, refusing to prosecute, actively covering up crimes, tipping off criminals, and when forced to arrest someone, charging them with a less serious offense (like dangerous driving instead of murder for running down British teenagers on a footpath) and letting them go with a slap on the wrist. Meanwhile the police are putting huge efforts into policing speech; framing, arresting and locking up (and thereby enabling the murder of) anyone who objects.
    
    That is like keeping the lid on the pressure cooker while at the same time turning up the heat. There is an explosion coming in Britain if this keeps up.

  The Irish have just had long, long enquiries into abuse of women and illegitimate children in their history – not least involving finding the graves of ‘dead babies’.
  
  In the future, there’ll be no ‘dead babies’ to find. There’s probably more human beings been literally torn apart and/or gone into medical ‘ovens’ over recent decades than the Nazi’s ever imagined achieving in their wildest dreams. They don’t even have to have a unifying characteristic – their only ‘sin’ being they’re human beings.
  
  As well, the usual liberal narrative around abortion has carried the day – “Do you want to behave irresponsibly without the consequences?” The answer is a resounding ‘Yes!’ What a surprise.
  
  You also have to say that it’s typical of the human species, certainly the Irish variant, that they can’t hold a logical view. Yes, abortion should be available to women whose lives are put at risk by pregnancy (whether emotionally as the result of rape etc. or physically) and in any case of foetal abnormality such that would prevent that individual living a ‘normal’ life – not where it’s just a lifestyle choice after they’ve behaved irresponsibly.
  
  But that would be rational and responsible – something the species has a problem achieving, liberals in particular.

      Firstly, I said ‘available to women’ – not forced abortion.
      
      Secondly, ‘normal’ life means able to grow up and provide for self and dependents. Unfortunately, nice though it may be, having a ‘great life’ and ‘being adored’ is good but not really the point – and only as long as you use no public resources to sustain yourselves and him.
      
      The world needs to be compassionate to those unwittingly born with more than usual needs – it should not be deliberately breeding them as a principle, certainly not to satisfy the needs or finer feelings of the adults involved. Those adults are almost always going to die long before the child, leaving the latter with people who, in any normal reality, are in no way as motivated to be so ‘adoring’ and ensure that ‘great life’.
      
      There is no law that says single mothers need to spend their lives in solo parenthood. They are not ‘being consigned to’ any such thing. In the first instance, they have ‘consigned’ themselves to it unless raped; in the second, they can and do form relationships at will.

        FYI disabled people only qualify for about $30 a week in the child disability allowance for their first 18 years, so they’re hardly bleeding the country white.
        Not many of them will make it to the pension.
        It’s quite rare for them to have offspring of their own to support.
        Who on earth is “deliberately breeding” disabled kids?
        Kids with a chromosome abnormality constitute about 1 in a thousand…hardly a breeding frenzy or bankrupting the nation.
        Actually many special people die before their parents or around the same time, due to heart problems mainly, so they do not usually end up foisted on other people.
        I am sure you are aware of the stats for abuse of kids living with a non-biological parent.
        There are exceptions of course, but no young woman should be forced into such a situation against their will due to the self-righteous judgements and religious bigotry of others.

The questioning of our allegiance to traditional western allies, membership of Five Eyes in particular, was inevitable. It also appears to be picking up momentum which was also inevitable.

NZers appear to be simply deluded. A huge number, particularly of the liberal variety, seem to base their views on an assumption that all human beings are basically ‘good people’ and that being in a NZ environment, human beings are all ‘honest, upright, moral, fair, ethical’ etc. – not only by nature ‘good’, but impervious to corruption.

That is clearly not the case. All human beings are ‘deeply flawed’, on an intensely personal basis and from personal bias – as has been shown throughout human history and repeatedly in current NZ.

We particularly live in the Age of Personal Conscience as a ruling guide to behaviour, irrespective of unintended consequences and/or social outcomes in particular. It’s also predicated on the specific view that pursuit of the best interests or desires of the ‘majority’ is evil and that public democracy is part of an oppressive ‘tyranny’ which must be ignored/eradicated.

What you’re inevitably left with is unreliable fence-sitting at best, duplicitous and disloyal betrayal at worst – whether it originates from well-meant naive intentions, some version of ‘moral principle’, or outright hostility – and on an individual level in every part of society. What would be especially amusing, if it wasn’t so sad and dangerous, is the frequently stated assertion that such betrayal is somehow being ‘grown up’ or ‘independent’.

China and Russia are now significantly invested in the whole Pacific region and there’s no more effective currency than that of ‘profit’, let alone political/cultural agenda.

I can’t see how our traditional allies can, in any good conscience, include us in any significant security briefings. We’ve been totally compromised, in principle and economics, for some considerable time and it’s only getting worse.

      I agree in part with what you say istricky, but there has been a quite clear campaign by the police and their masters in England to silence, harass and even physically harm Tommy over the last 10 years by pernicious means. Have a read up on it – he has even had court judgements against the police over some incidents.
      
      Whatever your politics I would hope that you would be demanding of the state that it behave without fear or favour towards everyone regardless of ethnicity, or political beliefs so long as they are not directly inciting violence.         the Judge issued a warning:
        
        FFS, the judge spelt it out.
        
        …but you should be under no illusions that if you commit any further offence of any kind, and that would include, I would have thought a further contempt of court by similar actions, then that sentence of three months would be activated, and that would be on top of anything else that you were given by any other court.
        In short, Mr. Yaxley-Lennon, turn up at another court, refer to people as “Muslim paedophiles, Muslim rapists” and so on and so forth while trials are ongoing and before there has been a finding by a jury that that is what they are, and you will find yourself inside.

    The court have not said that it was in breach of the suspension.
    The court refuses to explain anything! like just what was he charged with, or in breach of?
    The suspended sentence was for 3 months.
    It is said that now he has been sentenced for 13 month, if the Chinese Whispers are right.
    
    If anything the court seems to be in breach, as with no explanation, is Tommy Robinson in “habeas corpus” as the trial can not be said to have happened or not happened.
    
    Arresting officers said he was in “breach of the peace”
    He never set foot even on the court steps.
    
    Justice should be seen to be done!
    So why the closed doors?

Any geophysicists care to comment on this? There are some that argue that decreased solar activity is correlated with increased volcanism and some are suggesting that the recent Hawaiian activity is so correlated. There are some academic papers that suggest there may be a link and suggest mechanisms around altered rotational spin. If there is a link, this could explain some of the cooling experienced during solar minima events. ( besides the correlation between increased cosmic radiation and cloud formation). Or is the Hawaiian eruption purely a coincidence?

This was the court case that states the names and addresses of the 29 and some photos of the defendants.
Some of the charges are child abduction, trafficking, rape, aggravated assault, supply of a controlled substance with intent to engage in sexual activity, supplying drugs, making indecent images of a child, possession of extreme pornography, etc., etc., relating to woman now but were children then, the youngest being 11 year old.
The offences dating back between 2004 and 2011.

The first trial, expected to last 10 weeks, has a provisional start date of January 8, 2018. The second trial, expected to last six weeks, is planned to start on April 16, 2018. The third trial, which is expected to last four weeks, has the provisional start date of September 3, 2018. ”

It seems that the first trial has been suppressed, as one can not find verdicts, or sentencing. Just what did happen to those defendants? Would a journalist knock on the door of those addresses and kindly inquire? 🙂
The 2nd trial also seems to be totally suppressed.

Then it seems normal that Tommy Robinson’s arrest, charges?, defence?, sentencing also seems to be suppressed.
Will there ever be a post mortem?

Was there ever a trial for the above?
I do not know why I can not find the first trial, but then I am just a simple being, supposedly to accept the rulings of the “superior pay grades”.

Little people who have not partaken in Law studies are too silly and uneducated to ever attain the heights of enlightenment and virtuous aloofness of the bench. We are not to be trusted to make decisions or judgements without their paternal filtering of the information for our tiny little brains.

This patronising fuckwittery might have made sense 100 years ago, with many illiterate and unschooled jurors, and now provides lots of extra complication and jobs-for-the-boys in the legal professions to boost their billable hours. But we are mostly all more sophisticated than the jurists were in those times (Flynn effect IQ’s have risen by 10 points in the last 100 years). Jurors should be privy to everything the Judge and lawyers are.
