Some alarming new data on the numbers of serious adverse events from the Covid-19 vaccines have come to light thanks to an OIA, referenced in this article on the NZDSOS website:

Medsafe stopped their monthly Safety Report’s at November 2022, which showed 3,688 serious adverse events:

The OIA, which was responded to on 12 April 2023, is now showing at least 13,858 serious adverse events! See page 2 of the OIA:

So we now have 10,000 more serious adverse event than records were reporting 6 months ago.

Over a year ago now I was following the monthly Safety Reports of the Covid vaccine, and comparing it to the serious adverse events reported from the influenza vaccine in 2019. The last post I made on that is here:

At that time, I calculated the incidence of serious adverse events with the Pfizer vaccine being 26.8 per 100,000 doses, which was around 60x more than the Influenza vaccine.

But with this new OIA – 13,858 serious adverse events out of (currently) 12,493,400 doses administered – equates to 111 serious adverse events per 100,000 doses, around 250x higher than the Influenza vaccine!

As I said in my previous post, the Influenza vaccine data is for doses distributed, not actually administered, but even if you allow for 20% not administered you still arrive at a figure of the Pfizer vaccine being about 200x more dangerous than the Influenza vaccine.

I realise adverse event reports aren’t proof of causality, but also consider that this is a passive reporting system, and it is believed only around 5% of adverse events get ever get reported.

In any case, it’s a massive safety signal that we don’t see with other vaccines like the Influenza vaccine, and it’s chilling that the Government and those in charge of our health system continue to remain silent on it.

      Steve Otto – the same people who hid the data when they approved this experiment and the same people who hid the information that the vaccines were dangerous to young people in particular.
      
      Medsafe and the NZ government. Whether Medsafe was operating independently or under instructions isn’t known. But there was more than enough evidence available at the time to raise concerns and not approve this product.
      
      There is more than enough alarming evidence now available that any existing vaccination programmes should be stopped immediately while a full and THOROUGH investigation is held.
      Not the whitewash that is proposed in the Royal Commission.
      
      The terms of reference are designed to ensure nothing is found out. Just another attempt at appearing to ‘do something’.

And the noose around our necks is progressively being tightened. Daily it is looking to be a better option to move to one of the BRICS which has had about 80 other countries apply to join it.         Let’s presume as a successful businessman and politician, Luxon and Seymour are neither ignorant or stupid. If it actually is a silly conspiracy theory you would think they would be calling it out, the fact they aren’t can only lead to the conclusion that as you say, they are deliberately avoiding the topic.

    Ardern during the 2020 election said the jaxx wasnt going to mandatory. This was in anticipation of there being opposition (from National, and others) to any mandatory roll out. However National wiping their arses with the Bill of Rights and the general hysteria of the unjaxxed Labour was able to push for the jaxx to be mandatory.

        With respect to Mark Hanley’s comments yesterday, I regard the past behaviour of a person as the best indicator of their future behaviour.
        Bishop made his stand on mandates and boosters and has not resiled or apologised for the damage he has done. This is a good indicator he will be on the wrong side of future battles that pit the coercive nature of the state adainst the rights and freedoms of the individual.

      Stellaboxer – I can understand it to some extent, I have plenty of former close friends who got jabbed.
      They are on a spectrum from people who were complete Branch Covidians, believed every word they read in the Whoreald or heard from Ardern’s pulpit of truth.
      Others who complied because they believed the jax was the magic potion that would ‘save’ the world.
      It has been fascinating watching the responses as the truth has started to emerge. Those I respect the most have put their hand up, admitted they were wrong and have been quite sheepish about the whole thing. I admire their honesty and don’t harass them about their choices at the time.
      
      But they are very few. Most clearly know but simply refuse to go near the subject, too embarrassed to talk about it.
      
      At the other extreme there are a couple who refuse point blank to acknowledge the evidence in front of their faces. Intransigent to the point of stupidity. Basically like every politician in parliament, Seymour being the chief hypocrite.
      
      There will be quite a few of them who are following orders to protect their cushy jobs and income. Again, I don’t like that, but as with friends who got the jab to keep their jobs, I understand it.
      
      I reserve my contempt for Ardern, Bloomfield, Seymour, Baker, Wiles, Hendy and all of the others who fully understand what they are responsible for and refuse to admit it, and the former friends who do the same.
      
      I can’t abide cowardice, it’s why Seymour’s position really bothers me.

Seymour shouting that we should not bother with our own safety analysis just trust the US and start jabbing children or the complete silence when a section of society were “ othered “ for exercising their rights under the now thoroughly meaningless bill of rights.     Most of them enjoyed the drama of being part of the “great pandemic of our lifetime” rhetoric and asked no questions.
    Luxon, Bishop and co rolled over like puppies to appease St Jacinda, Sir Bloomfield and the other opportunistic medical people in order to be part of the “historic” action.
    The public believed the propaganda about the hospitals being overrun with sick people who could easily die in their thousands, and got vaccinated for the common good – as instructed.
    These who asked questions were bashed and insulted.
    River of filth? Think again politicians. I’m not voting for anyone who supported that.

    I think there is quite a lot that could be said, but I would just point out that it is only recently that data has been collected and analysed, checked and released for public consumption.
    I hold no particular brief for Chris Luxon – but if everyone in New Zealand who supported the Government’s actions regarding COVID19 were to be condemned, there’d be few still standing today.

  As one who lived thru the 70s and 80s I see inflation becoming embedded as it did then. The RB will chase its tail with interest rates causing demands for increasing wages and salaries that will continue to drive inflation thru increased prices for goods and services. We already have a skills shortage so employers will pay more to retain their skilled workers.
  In the late 70s early 80s the Muldoon Government tried wage and salary controls price controls interest rate controls and none of them worked.
  It took the Lange Government aided by Douglas Prebble and Caygill to institute reforms that tamed inflation for the next 30 years.
  IMHO we lack politicans with the capacity capability and will of those people.

Since taxpayers fund the advancement of Maori language to the extent of $200 – $400 million a year, should that be itemised, evaluated, and accounted for before the same taxpayers fund Maori language lessons at 80kph or faster for a vocabulary probably about as limited as that now so glibly rattled off by television news and weather persons to be mostly incomprehensible, and a source of annoyance to viewers, who will soon have their angst increased on the roads with anti-Maori sentiments, especially on expressways – unless they are killed in the confusion, and by the time they arrive at the Pearly Gates will have become newly convinced racists and are immediately diverted to Hell as their Final Destination, while their relatives and friends are left to fight insurance companies and ACC?

The MoE is continuing its witch-hunt against Bethlehem College.
They subjected them to an intense ERO last year, timed with Lal (who was a paid adviser to the then Minister) faking outrage at them being a Christian school.
Because the kids didn’t answer the right way, they’re getting another ERO review.

The Education Review Office has instructed us they will be visiting our school to once again review the emotional and physical safety of students, and four ERO staff will be onsite for three days between 6-8 June.
You may remember ERO carried out an extensive evaluation last year, which included focus groups with students and the nationally recognised Wellbeing@School survey with the entire Year 7-13 student body, meetings with staff, and open access to all our policies and files.
The results of that evaluation showed that we perform as well as, if not better than, most New Zealand schools. For example, 88 percent of our students said they felt safe at Bethlehem College, better than the 85 percent of students in 400 schools in a nationwide report. And 89 percent of our students said students get on well with those from other cultures, compared to 82 percent at other schools.
We have asked ERO why they are conducting another review and if they are applying the same focus to other schools, but we are yet to receive a clear answer. There is also no indication of whether, or how this review will be compared to other schools.
If we receive more information, we will let you know. In the meantime we are continuing to seek to work constructively with ERO. Your child might be randomly elected for a meeting with ERO. If so, you will be asked for permission for that meeting, and you will have an opportunity to ask questions if you would like to.
Finally, while I’m writing, I also wanted to let you know that the Media Council has just ruled that an article by Stuff about one of our school counsellors, Marli de Klerk, was unfair and breached their code of ethics.   I’m on my third or fourth account with them. I’ve found that criticising their grammar and spelling isn’t appreciated. Also, longer posts have a greater chance of rejection.
  
  Having said that, I’ve had several that call Labour flat out liars let through. Naturally personal attacks on me by posters such as nigelmjo and nomadnik and mihaela soar are let straight through.
  
  Best bet is a quick statement of a single opinion with a link or two to content that backs it up. Send the Labour bots into a frenzy

  Stuff and it comment section are an alt-left echo chamber.
  You have probably noticed the 5 or 6 “handles” who seem to be allowed to flood the comment sections with pro Labour propaganda.
  There is no way an ordinary user can get that many posts past the mods.
  I did a run of “isn’t Jacinda wonderfull” posts and managed to double my normal rate but nothing like the tight 6, “isn’t Judith Collins wonderful” were a third, late but mostly never.
  One thing Labour do extremely well is dirty politics. It can constantly fling shit at opposition or dissent via its social media army while operating in the safety of being out of range. Is does the same thing with the greens all the time.
  Those 6 “handles” were discussing Jamie-Lee Ross implosion before it was public news, how would they know?
  Labour will seed an idea, MSN will fill out that idea and yell down the street, Labour’s social media teams will make it seem the population are behind that idea and Stuff mods will filter the discussion with just enough post opposing the narrative…but with a tight 6 “correction” comments under it.

  I don’t have an account with Stuff and even if I did I would not be commenting there.
  
  I no longer visit their website, because their constant crusading, championing of “causes” and forceful pushing of agendas wore me out, and left me with the uneasy feeling that Stuff simply cannot be trusted to report on an issue fairly and without bias or prejudice. I would not trust them to report any facts that might go against their agendas, but which were credible and important nonetheless. Such facts would simply be ‘ignored’. And their censorship of your comments merely reinforces that.
  
  I no longer have any trust in Stuff and I will not visit their site on principle.

  10 or 15 years ago a man told me that watching the 6:00pm news was like having someone dump a wheelbarrow of manure in your living room every evening. I have 99.99% not watched it since. The last time I think was after my 17 year old son attended the parliament protests so that he could compare his reality with their lies. (They did not let me down). After being a lifetime Dominion (post) reader I cancelled my subscription maybe 8 years ago for three reasons. (1) It was frequently thrown in the gutter on rainy days, (2) The biased political reporting became insufferable. (3) Most content was easily accessible on line.
  A couple of weeks ago I deleted Stuff from my phone and iPad. They are massively biased, carry clear social agendas and are paid for propaganda. Readers are oxygen for online media. They sell your attention to their advertisers. My attention will never be their asset again.
  In every instance my quality of life has improved when I step away from biased media. Most notably for Stuff that is nothing but drivel.

  At the end of the day, you can’t force people to learn a language. If RNZ announced that 20 percent of its broadcasting was to be in the Maori language, I would support such a change enthusiastically.
  
  Mixing two languages in the same broadcast is frankly bonkers. Even in Wales, the success story of language revitalisation, 80 percent of residents can’t speak a word of Welsh. There are, sensibly, separate Welsh and English broadcasting and news reports.
  
  As for “Aotearoa New Zealand”, it is legitimate to object to to the country’s name being changed. Because that IS what they are attempting to do. Disagreeing does not make you racist.

    I assume it means something like Good Morning, or Good Day, so that’s what I read when I see those words.
    If you ask for a translation to some Maori words you get a sort of ‘spiritual’ reply which bears no relationship to the English context.

      Seems fine to me. We need to make medicine accessible for those who otherwise can’t afford it, so they don’t get worse and need even more expensive care and income support while they can’t work.
      But medicine does cost money, so if you can afford $5 per prescription, it doesn’t seem unreasonable to pay it. Especially as I don’t think the amount has increased for years.
      
      By the way, who are these “women” Newshub refers to? What about transmen? Why is Newshub excluding them?

        In Australia the Co payment for medicines is $30, but with safety nets for low income folk and high volume folk.
        
        Those co payments are used to finance medicine purchases.

  That said I think the political reporter on News Hub / AM show this morning was right. National / Luxon spend to much time explaining. Just say ‘we don’t think removing prescription fees for everybody, rich and poor, is a good use of tax payers money. We prefer targeted support.’. Now we have Luxon in a debate over whether contraception should be subsidised. The media are going to do this to National every time so they need to have careful and clear messaging.

So it appears that Tinetti’s Office informed the PM’s Office that it was scheduling the release of the School attendance data in Late January.

Tinetti apparently misled the house in Feb. When she did so, the PM’s office had previously been made aware of the intention to withhold the data for 2 months.

So it appears that the PM’s office, and by extension, the PM himself, is donkey deep in a matter deemed serious enough to go before the Privileges committee.

If the Speaker had been aware of this before he made his ruling referring this matter to the committee, would he have done so?

Front page banner and editorial “Is Labour really soft on crime” , then an article on the subject .

They conclude the Nats are because previously prosecutions / convictions dropped under them .

But in neither the article nor the editorial is there any mention of scrapping 3 S , emptying the prisons or the regime literally funding the gangsters with millions for drugs programmes .
Not to mention the regime confusion and lack of action on looting in Hawkes Bay.

      This does not necessarily mean this was less crime.
      Perhaps there were fewer arrests for doubtful things, (insufficient evidence etc) which would not have stood up in court.

    Part of the problem appears the Judiciary giving light sentences. However, that may be a little unfair as the judges are constrained by the Sentencing Act. It is easy to Google. A new government will reintroduce 3 Strikes. I think they are also likely to change the Sentencing Act. Sometimes it is very unfair to blame a judge as the judge may want to give a longer sentence but does not do so because they believe it will likely be reduced on appeal.

I assume that he had been very heavily on the Bushmills because I have never seen such a disgusting full page headline.
I Skimmed a few paragraphs.
In many very very olden days such an article would be marked DTW (Disgusted Tunbridge Wells – to the unitiated).
So he does not like Luxon nor the Natioanl Party but if the Herald paid for it they should demand their money back.

Isn’t it so typical of the NZ left to just label something as a ‘human right’ as though it is a given and this artificially heighten New Zealander’s expectations of what they are just entitled to rather than having to work and sacrifice for it.

We’d do better as a society by having a good national debate on what human rights are, how they are determined and why.

The HRC could lead the charge, but I know they won’t – they are amongst the worst offenders at this deceitful ratcheting up of entitlements.

Entitlements which someone else has to work and pay for.

    The !948 UN Declaration of Human Rights has one Article that mentions housing….
    Article 25 (1):
    
    Everyone has the right to a standard of living adequate for the health and well-being of himself and of his family, including food, clothing, housing and medical care and necessary social services, and the right to security in the event of unemployment, sickness, disability, widowhood, old age or other lack of livelihood in circumstances beyond his control.
    
    The right is to an adequate standard of living…. not to the ownership/possession of a house.
    
    It seems our Dear Government has recently neglected a few other Articles:
    
    Article 13:
    Everyone has the right to freedom of movement and residence within the borders of each state.
    Everyone has the right to leave any country, including his own, and to return to his country.
    
    and Article 19:
    Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers.

      C’mon Maggy you know very well that on every sentence there is the obvious, but maybe not written, caveat ” but this might need to be overriden for your own good because Nanny Knows Best”.
      
      Real Rights are those where people have freedoms and the rights are there to prevent the state from impinging on those freedoms. Real Rights come with the burden of responsibility. Sure, you have the right to a house, but you also have the responsibilities that come with it – such as paying the mortgage.
      
      Fake Rights are those that give people stuff but impose the burden on others.

    Yes, housing is highly, highly desirable but doing our best to ensure people and families are housed is a choice we make as a community (and good on us for making it) it’s not some fundamental and sacred human right cast in stone and passed to us by a god, as some would have us believe.
    
    And it’s certainly way down the list of ‘rights’ compared to say the human right to be free from state coercion, control and fleecing us of our wealth to pay for election bribes and free to live our lives free from constant bullying and interference from jumped up little ex-student union politicians with Napoleon complexes who regards us as their playthings in their eternal quest for total control.

    I’m not. Far from it.
    
    But the solution is not to ramp up everyone’s expectations that the state has a function to provide everyone with a house.
    
    The solution is for the government to enable a framework which allows the vast majority of New Zealanders to earn sufficiently to buy their own house or otherwise pay for their own housing.
    
    I’m just a few decades we’ve gone from high home ownership rates, relative to other countries, to very much the middle of the pack.
    
    Why is this do you think?
    
    Why is it that up until the 1990s the long run median house price was 3-4 times the median salary but now it is 8, 10, 12, 16 times depending on where you live in New Zealand?
    
    Why is that do you think?
    
    My personal view is that there may be more of a relationship between lower home ownership rates in New Zealand in the last generation or two and our current crime rates that we have thought hitherto.
    
    I think there are all sorts of social advantages of having as many people as possible in their own homes and feeling connected to their communities – but lefty politicians on the make running round on crusades claiming ‘housing is a human right’ and a right that we’re failing to provide doesn’t advance our situation one bit.
    
    It is in fact counterproductive – in that it creates unrealistic expectations in people while playing into the hands of those who wish to see an ever-larger state increasing its control over every detail of our lives – and to our ultimate detriment.

It is quite misleading, deceitful even, for Labour and the Greens to be constantly calling for things to be made available to New Zealanders ‘for free’.

Free contraception, free prescriptions, free this, free that.

Nothing is free. Everything must be paid for, by someone, and if people don’t pay at the counter they’ll pay through their taxes.

Either way, New Zealanders pay.

I’ve now reached the point where I think it pointless to debate the ins and outs of making any particular ‘thing’ free to consumers, or not. Inevitably, anyone doing so is labelled heartless or cruel, devoid of compassion and akin to Hitler.

It’s just not worth the hassle.

The only really interesting matter I think we should be debating and New Zealanders more aware of is at what point will our ability to keep making things ‘free’ run out.

At what level of government spending will New Zealand turn into an economic basket case? At what level of taxation and borrowing will the left be satisfied with? Is there a point at which even they will not exceed?

I think if you ask the average Labour or Green MP these questions you’ll not get an answer. I don’t believe the majority will have even thought about it.

Wouldn’t it be a great thing if our news media put these questions to our politicians? How much spending is too much? How much taxation or borrowing is too much? Is there a point when you will say ‘enough’? That we just can’t afford to make any more things ‘free’.

Or, is there no limit? Can you just keep on making things free forever? That there are no constraints or risks?

I won’t hold my breath.

I’m so glad that we’ve all (well, legacy media at least) moved on from worrying about issues that are ruining the country, like 99 Waters, co-governance, the disaster that is our health system, our education system, ballooning debt and so on, and have become more focussed on the important issues like whether or not some politician referring to mothers and fathers is homophobic.
If we focus on the endless list of failures/destruction by this current government there’ll be a chance that people won’t vote them back in – far better to focus on real problems like National’s contraception policy (which must surely be racist!).

    I had to get my ivermectin from an animal products store. The health authorities saved my life by stopping my human ivermectin at the border, sending me an email telling me I was a naughty boy and destroying it.

    I finally (apparently) got the dreaded lurgy a couple of weeks ago. No, I didn’t test, but I was in the company of 3 people while I was in Auckland who tested positive. I got a blocked upper chest and a bit of a cough, so presuming at least one of their 3 tests might be accurate I proceeded to dig out my copy of the Zelenko and FLCCC protocols.

    Anyway, I followed the recommended treatment for early intervention. Ivermectin, Quercitin, Vitamin D, Vitamin C, aspirin, fluids. Had a hacking cough and phlegm build up for 4 days and a bit of a headache, felt a bit rough and tired. A bit like a mild flu or a bad cold.
    All symptoms gone within 7 days. Fully fit and a box of birds within 10 days.
    
    As for Seymour, I have no idea what he’s up to. He must believe that because so many people got vaccinated, they all must be on the pro covid narrative side, and therefore he doesn’t want to rock that boat and alienate potential voters.
    
    I think he’s read the room very badly. The comments on the BFD re his interview with Sean Plunkett at the start of the week, were 100% critical of him and his weak position.

Heard Chris Hipkins say Luxon/National’s view on the traditional family unit is outdated 1950s thinking.

I thought the traditional family unit of a mum, dad, and kids goes back thousands and thousands of years whenever this world began.

Also that would mean according to Hipkins that Maori who lived here for thousands of years and raised families with a mum and dad also have an outdated view of what a family is today.

So a colleague just tested positive for COVID. Not seriously ill but enough to be in bed. Not news I know. But this guy has had FIVE shots of the vaccine.

It just defies common sense that we are told the vaccine is “effective” when someone who has had 5 shots of the stuff caught the virus and us sick enough to be in bed.

No other ‘vaccine’ in history has this ‘effectiveness’. If the polio, typhoid, whooping cough, and measles vaccines had been this ‘effective’ they would have been binned.

I can’t believe that David Seymour, who I otherwise have a great deal of time for, keeps saying the vaccine is ‘effective’. The argument that the vaccine might reduce the severity of symptoms does not wash. That is not a ‘vaccine’. Your kids don’t get ‘mild measles’ after the measles vaccine. They don’t come home with only one leg paralysed after the polio vaccine and celebrate the vaccine as being ‘effective’.

Couple its uselessness with the cardiac damage risk, especially to young men, and the situation looks even more dire.

    I has a CT scan just beforehand in Oct which showed nothing. Now there is a tumor that wasn’t there before.

Well, my partner knows a lot of ex-cops thru his gun club.
He reckons they all say the same thing….no matter how many boots this government puts on the ground, until all frontline-officers are routinely armed with pepper spray, tasers, extendable batons, Gen5 Glock22’s….and their vehicles fitted with dash-mounted 12g Mossberg’s, they will continue to be ineffectual against criminal gangs and violent offenders generally.

I think you would have to say these guys are likely to know better than anyone what’s needed. My partner reckons not one of them believes Cuddles should be in the top job, and would’ve jumped at the opportunity themselves had they still been in the job.

  The companies register still has Stuff Ltd, of which the directors are Boucher and Dale Bridle, of Sydney. The owner is listed as Kenepuru Holdings Ltd, of Auckland. That in turn is listed as 100 per cent owned by Boucher.
  
  Bridle was chief financial officer and operations director of Stuff from 2013 to 2018 under its previous owner, Fairfax, of Australia. Bridle’s return to Stuff as interim chief financial officer was reported in July last year.

Megan Woods really is a piece of work, putting up a hand maids tale meme because National is saying they’ll keep the current prescription charge. Truly despicable people the lot of them. I mean when does the free shit end anyway, this government seems to think everything should be free for everyone. We’re already financially in the crapper, everyone wants something for nothing and to hell with the consequences.

Listened to 2 parliamentary debates…
One yesterday and one today
As own a small business, providing services and products to other business’, it peeked my interest.

Yesterday…A debate about, formation of health and safety committees in the work place.
The absolute ignorance of the Govt. minister and members was astounding.
The bill was to allow any employee to demand the firm create a H&S committee. When asked, if (like me) you are a sole trader, do you have to form a committee of one chaired by yourself (as there minister could not answer WHO could demand it and do they NEED to be an actual employee.)
Examples were given, if the owner was also an employee, by law, is he excluded from the process.
Today
They are introducing a bill that business’ over a certain size will have to report their payment practices.
1. No thought as to how much that will cost.
2. There was to be a charge to small business’ to access the database.
All, as they kept saying…..to improve cash flowm for small business’.
My question……H O W?
In my experience 2008 till now.
The best way to improve cash flow, productivity and profits.
Lower taxes (income, ute tax, etc etc)
less regulation…especially of this kind.
allow business’ to actually form better relations, with a govt. that all B2B relations are fraught with disingenuous people.
On a personal note, it seems we are back to the Clark years, where the worst payers ….are the govt., for me…it has taken weeks for me to get an order number from Massey University.
This last under Clark and I was working for a different company.
