Stupid

It was pretty damn stupid for Express to label every MP who voted against the Civil Unions Bill as homophobes and bigots. Sure a few are, but it in insulting to call someone a bigot just because they did not vote for the civil unions bill. It’s also a great way to alienate supporters.

I did have to laugh at Shane Ardern’s comment which basically was that being attacked by Express will probably increase his Taranaki King Country majority! Having campaigned in that electorate, I can say he is right.
