Youth Parliament

Great to see the Youth Parliament underway, and even better to see the “liberal” youth MPs have been working together strategically.

I had been wondering if any youth MP has ever become an actual MP, but I see Darren Hughes has, attending the 1994 Youth Parliament. Are there any others?

    What – you mean Clayton Cosgrove isn’t a youth MP?

    One: as Rodney Hide put it, Clayton Cosgrove isn’t even a Minister yet answered a Parliamentary question at Youth Parliament! If he looks young then I’m 67. Millsy, can you spell brown nosing? Two: Boy there were a lot of socialists there. More opposition the better, one supposes.
