The 9th university

I’ve never been able to work out why the Government has done everything possible, including acting illegally, to stop Unitec becoming a university. After all AIT was allowed to become AUT.

Unitec is suing the Government as it has found out that even Crown Law has said the suspension of their application in 2000 was illegal.
