Need help for a 21st, ask Jim!

That nice Jim Anderrton has been helping an English family, including arranging for their daughter to come to NZ to hold her 21st birthday here.

The couple were judged bankrupt last week, and owe around $9 million.

This is why I have such doubts about all these business assistance programmes. The Government does not have a great track record of picking winners. Hope it was a good 21st though.
