Shoot the headline writer
March 31st, 2005 at 7:05 am by David FarrarCould the other staff at the NZ Herald please locate the sub-editor who came up with the headline below, and tell them never to do it again. To read that headline, straight after my fevered imagination is imagining Rodney and Duncan as “soul mates” is just too much at this time of the morning!

Telling it like it is often does get the National Party down…

I like the hubris of the comments from Steven suggests the Labour Party is very confident of their political success. I do regard it as quite improbable that such a party is the Government in a country like New Zealand with a thoroughly discredited philosophy (socialism) and trade unions in decline. But I am impressed with the political skills of the Labour leadership espcially the PM.

Jim has got to sit with Helen. He has nowhere else to go. If National gets the majority votes Dunne will drop Helen like a hot potato and cuddle up to Don.

Well duh… Thats how Dunne works.
Good on him for being a realistic, outcome focused Parliamentarian, not someone looking for a quick soundbyte, like the other parties.
Tim, fairs fair.
