Cullen making progress

One of the better things the Government has done was replace Mark Burton with Michael Cullen as Treaty Negotiations Minister. They realise progress had stalled on many fronts, so a change was needed and say what you will about Cullen – he is an achiever.

The terms of negotiation for the Kaingaroa Forest look to be a useful step forward.  It has been one of the most complex cases.
